Great piece of equipment for the value, works like a charm....

Bought on 28 August, installed on 5 September. It worked for about five days and won’t stay online. Had Sparklight come out and check lines twice said it was the router Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s over 14 days old. called the manufacturer yesterday spent about an hour working on trying to get it to work. It worked for about 20 hours now it’s going on and off again and nobody at the manufacturer to help me out on the weekend. They say it’s not defective But obviously, somethings wrong. Looks like I’m stuck with a modem that nobody wants to stand behind in less than 30 days. Very disappointed in Best Buy. Both companies lost a customer in me.

Works great and All in One Unit with great coverage throughout our house.

Wanted to get rid of local cable charges for modem/router monthly rental fees - this is just the ticket.

Easy to install and improve may wifi connection and highly recommend to a friend.

Does not work well with Xfinity. Connections through Ethernet or Wi-Fi is extremely unstable and loses connection frequently. Had to power cycle daily, sometimes multiple times in one day. This is after a painful setup process.

Works great and fast, was a simple plug and use. did wish it was shorter in height.

We bought this product to keep our Grande Cable bill lower. It didn't take long for the Grande guy to install.

Got this to replace my existing Xfinity cable modem/router so I could drop the monthly rental charge. The speed is great....when it works. Wi-Fi seems to randomly drop everyother day. Devices that are plugged in to the RJ-45 ethernet jacks stay connected but all of the wireless connections lose internet. To bring wi-fi back up you have to literally reset the device by pushing a pin into the back reset hole. I've fussed and fussed with it and the return period was only thirty days so I'm stuck with it and its a $250 piece of equipment!

Quick and efficient delivery of product. Product is as advertised and a great product.

Perhaps my setup but the 5G signal is only good in a small range and the non-5G is weak in the corners of my house. Was hoping to avoid multiple devices but I had to invest more to get full coverage for work from home requirements.

I've had Arris cable modems for years, wouldn't buy any uther brand. Very happy with the unit.

Internet strength is excellent all through my home there is no need fir boosters.

Works good for Mediacom much better than the rental modem they provide

Easy set up with great Wifi signal. A little more than what I wanted to pay but worth it.

Great alternative to renting a modem for the duration of your internet usage.
