    Bought this because a cheaper model Arris I had continually lost connection and had to be repeatedly rebooted through the course of a day. After having repeated problems setting up this modem with Xfinity, Xfinity’s customer support discovered the modem was tied to another ISP provider. In other words, I bought a refurbished unit labeled as a new. When I contacted Arris customer support, they tried to blame Best Buy (as if Best Buy repackaged a return with original seals and packaging). I’ll be returning to Best Buy and going with another brand. Either make subpar products or be deceptive. Don’t do both.

    If you have some knowledge about items like that, you know that this item is gonna work too good or is not gonna work at all. Luckily mine is doing more then his job (so far)
