This modem/router has done a fantastic job so far. Easy installation and I love the app interface. Handles the fast MBPS with ease. I have used it to stream, game, work from home etc all at the same time. Glad this one was recommended to me.

This is the best in class Super High Speed +10G Super High Speed Wifi Cable Modem. You will be happy with this product, and support from Arris, easy setup. I saved $15 per month from my Cable provider, why waist money renting your cable WiFi modem. Must make sure you buy Docis 3.1, not 3.0 very important.

100% Compatible with Charter/Spectrum. Very fast internet speeds with 400Mb Service. Very noticeable difference with DOCSIS3.1 over 3.0 On home network, can easily transfer data super fast between computers (1Gb network speed, Cat6 Cable). Easy setup, and great managing i.p login.

Super easy to setup. Very straightforward easy process. The call waiting for Comcast took longer than actual setup. I love the speed.

I have been using the ARRIS SURFboard DOCSIS 3.1 Modem & Dual-Band Wi-Fi combo since putting my ARRIS SB6183 out to pasture. I saw an immediate difference with regards to speed (Xfinity - 1000 Mbps plan), which increased speeds to ±950 Mbps wired and up to ±627 Mbps wireless with no lag. It has been consistent after three (3) months of use and easy to set up and get provisioned through Xfinity. I do a lot of work from home and will tell you even though it is high-priced, it is well worth the money if you require a stable high-speed connection.

I bought this router/modem to pair with Xfinity. I didn’t want to rent one and landed on the Arris. It is easy to install and operate. The app needs to be updated and improved, but it does well enough. It supports speeds up to 1 Gbps. Save yourself some money and buy a router, don’t rent it.

We needed something so we could stop giving more money to Comcast to rent their own devices, and this did the trick. Nothing fancy, it just works. It's thin enough, and the promotion on the price was even better. We've had no issues since early March.

Works great! Price is great, saving so much more instead of renting through Comcast and the connection is better!

Having experience with the brand before, needed to install for my inlaws which was no greater challenge than before. limited directions to get me to success and with a little help from the cable company, made the transition from a cable company owned router to this one, saving them $12.50 per month in leasing! Well worth the investment.

Delivers strong signal. Easy setup. Very nice dashboard for administrative tasks and setting customization. Was easy to setup port forwarding (not so easy on other older year models of competitor's Modem/Router hardware components). Very pleased with this hardware.

It’s very good and worth the money because of the rang and how good the connection is. Also the internet speed.

Very fast wifi, very easy to set up. Just make sure you read the serial number CAREFULLY! Spent a few extra pointless hours w/ internet provider because agent misheard the serial number on the router. Ugh - but beautiful purchase, overall. Thank you!!!!

Excellent device for using Spectrum Internet without being subjected to their ridiculous "modem rental" fees. Also not really encountering as many issues where too many devices are connected like I did with my Spectrum 1gig router.

Simple enough to setup. Bought to upgrade Grandma's internet. Everyone is happy. Easily handle and give t he full upload and download speeds on the cable plan.

I switched to Xfinity and I didn't want to rent the router so the installer recommended this router combo. The speeds are great and the modem was easy to set up. I've been using this router for 3 weeks and handles 2 Netflix and 2 xbox ones at the same time with no lag.

Price was a bit hi, setup was easy. I had to get a DOCSIS 3.1 Modem/router for Xfinity new wifi speed. My speed shows to be good, but now opening web pages is painfully slow.

Super fast and quick to install once I contacted my internet provider. So far no issues and the speed has continued to be consistent unlike my older Modem/Router
