    After multiple attempts to troubleshoot dropped connections with xfinity, I firmly believe this product is responsible for the poor inconsistent performance I experienced daily for 6 months. The only way to fix it is to reboot the modem (sometimes upwards of 3-5 times a day). After doing some research online, there are things you can purchase to amplify a cable signal but I shouldn't have to pay any extra costs for those after market products considering this product alone is expensive as it is stand alone.

    The product was not compatible with my internet service provider (Spectrum). The router portion would also not interface with My Windows 10 PC, PS3, and XBOX360. Geek Squad was unable to do the install after over 75 minutes of work.
