Doesn't work with older equipment

The router portion would also not interface with My Windows 10 PC, PS3, and XBOX360. Geek Squad was unable to do the install after over 75 minutes of work.

Pass time

It did not support my internet speed with xfinity. But it still not supporting my son gaming system. But it pass the time to return it so I am stuck.

Stay away
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this because a cheaper model Arris I had continually lost connection and had to be repeatedly rebooted through the course of a day. After having repeated problems setting up this modem with Xfinity, Xfinity’s customer support discovered the modem was tied to another ISP provider. In other words, I bought a refurbished unit labeled as a new. When I contacted Arris customer support, they tried to blame Best Buy (as if Best Buy repackaged a return with original seals and packaging). I’ll be returning to Best Buy and going with another brand. Either make subpar products or be deceptive. Don’t do both.
