Overpriced

Set it up and it worked ok, but lacked MOCA. After attempting to add a MOCA, ended up returning this ARRIS and reconnected my older ARRIS. Not worth the expense.

I called my internet provider, my electricity company and and electrician. Finally decided to get a new router thru my internet provider and It works. I’m trying return this router that I purchased 2/28 and it says I can longer return product. Will never purchase from Best Buy again.

At least one reset a day, no power switch

Xfinity's outage page/connection reset page was telling me my old modem/router needed to be replaced. Bought this one to upgrade to DOCSIS 3.1 trading in my old one for the discount and I have to reset it multiple times a day, and it has to be unplugged from the power cord each time since it has no switch.

Pass time

It did not support my internet speed with xfinity. But it still not supporting my son gaming system. But it pass the time to return it so I am stuck.

Okay Cable Modem
