Out the box, a dud

The app for Android isn't available because it's outdated and they don't tell you which app you need until you're halfway in it without Internet. Xfinity couldn't connect to the modem. I had them try through the chat and I trying again a few days later. Didn't work out the box. Customer service is only open on weekdays on central time so at no time was I able to contact customer service to help because they were always closed. I'll avoid this brand.

Poor connection mostly

And sometimes is connected and there is no internet connection. Am out of days to return it so will just keep it and try get another or re use my old one
