works great, easy to set up. Exactly what I needed to upgrade my modem

The Geek squad at Best Buy were able to direct me to the exact product to buy, and it worked out well. I was able to restore all three tv's as well as have my home phone fully functional. I appreciate the ease it took to hook it up, as I am not electronically knowledgeable. I fully recommend it.

Arris Cable Modem set up is easy. Streaming and downloading is fast!

The modem and setup were fine. hardest part was just working with Comcast to get it registered. The only "ISSUE" i have with the modem is that the internet seems to go out every 24 hours at 12:30am and i have to hard cycle the modem to get internet back. I haven't figured out yet whether this is due to Comcast or the modem itself. If i come up with a solution, i'll give the 5th star back.

I am submitting a review to make sure i am in the running for the gift card. The box and device appear to be undamaged. I have not replaced my old router yet because it appears to be working after the internet provider repaired some outdoor cable and transfer box. I kept the new modem so that when this one that i am using finally dies I will have this replacement on hand.

Very easy to install, compact, and seems to work fine. It has required rebooting twice in the first month but restarting was quick and easy.

Fast. Works with Comcast/Xfinity. I was able to reduce my internet bill by $35 per month by no longer leasing their glitchy cable modem.

Quick and simple setup for Xfinity services. No issues that come along with typical Internet setup using your own equipment. Make sure you use the correct kind of coaxial cable or get from Xfinity. Modem has performed fine and no problems so far!

It was easy to install. Works fine with Xfinity and a google mesh network. I have had no issues for 3 weeks. Getting over 300 MBPS.

Used this router to replace the renter router from xfinity. Easy to install with call to Comcast. Works great, excellent download speed.

This is a good modem. It was easy to get up and running and all the problems I used to have with my old modem are now gone.

Nothing super special, it does what it is designed to do. What it really did was saved me money, ultimately. I replaced my rental with the cable company and did have improved quality over the standard equipment provided in the rental. I had to reboot the rental device almost three times a week on average. No more rebooting, this just runs and runs. Great purchase.

Product was easy to set up. Not so great service & advice, however, from Xfinity. They made things more difficult. I also have Eero mesh wifi extenders. It took calling Eero, while on the phone with Xfinity, to have them communicate to get the system working properly. Eero rep was great! Xfinity, not so much.

Super easy to set up, delivers the promised speed. The only caveat is that Comcast disables the second Ethernet output so you still need a switch or a router if you want to hardwire more than once.

Excellent product, capable of 2Tb's however had trouble with Comcast and their throttling my speed based on number of items using the wifi at any given time. I have the 400Mb option with about 10 items, but only 8 running at any one time. Speed test shows 156Mb/sec. So catchall says upto 400Mb's.
