The Arris Surfboard DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem is fast! Easy to Install and great performance!

It's working better than I expected. Not problems so far and it wasn't difficult connecting it. The item itself is well worth it if you plan on having services more than a couple of years. It will actually pay for itself. Literally!

Works as advertised. I've been getting blazing speeds, and no drops. Plus I'm saving the monthly lease fee from Xfinity

Get this instead of renting from the internet company. First, make sure that this Modem is compatible with the type of internet that you have. Also, make sure that you have voice service as well. If you have both these, then this is a great choice.

Easy to set up, plug and play. This is much faster than cable company and reduced monthly bill.

Xfinity was not able to initialize this modem, so I had to pick and rent a modem from Xfinity and return this one.

I have been using this for about a month and i have not had to restart the modem for any reason. The app you need to download is helpful and makes setup a breeze. Just note that this model does not have lights that change to green or blue. All lights remain white or go off. The company needs to change this on their manual.

I have had the use of the product for several weeks now without a hiccup. This new product is easier to read than the previous one. Thanks for your assistance in getting me back up to speed.

Good performance, but set up was really difficult even with help from Comcast. Definitely not "plug and play." Alas.

Rented the comcast Arris Modem/router for a long time, did not want to switch out because of the great speed and service I was getting from Xfinity. Modem died so I purchased this. Speed and range is far better than the rental modem ... everything connected to my network through my Google wifi is connecting at a unbelievable speed ... much better than the rental Modem. So happy I purchased this model!

Great purchase. I also purchased a new router to go along with my new modem. The performance went from 125 Mg to approx. 450 Mg.

Works well and easy to setup. If your an Xfinity customer with Home service you will need a sidecar router from Xfinity, if you have TV you will need the cable TV boxes not the wireless, even knowing it will work fine with my setup Xfinity has no way in their billing system to remove their gateway monthly fee from my bill with the wireless TV boxes. Sounds fishy to me. I setup my Orbi as my access point for all my Wi-Fi needs.
