Good 4 Speed Up to 1G

Installed in minutes but had to contact provider to finish install. The WiFi 6! Reaches my entire house and no problem with streaming service.

Best Buy did great, Arris did terrible.

Network dropping out, and is starting to drop out multiple times a day. I should have more reviews of the unit, as this is a common occurrence it looks like. It's barely three weeks old. I'm outside of the return policy now, and out 200 bucks, but that's my fault for not trying to return it sooner. Don't be like me. Don't give this thing a chance.

This device is saving me $ 15 a month that I do not have to pay Comcast. An excellent buy.

regret buying

I could not install it with the app. I then had the cable company send out a service person to install it. I managed to get two laptops and one roku tv to connect but no other devices could connect. Tech assistance from Arris could not provide a solution and disturbingly their terminology did not match that of the products published or on line information.
