However, since you ask, I can say this; The new router will not recognize my printer. Will have to get help to resolve that issue. As to the below question, would I recommend the item to others ? I don't know yet..... DRB

Unfortunately my internet provider was difficult to find a compatible part to.

Happy Accident!

I had no idea how fast my internet could have been until I bought this. Plus, the range on this extends to the end of my yard. I do have a home on a 1/4 acre. I would recommend it to any workers from home, gamers and multi family homes that share the internet.

However, I was very pleased with how easy it was to return. Best Buy employees made the chore a breeze. Thank you!!

regret buying

I could not install it with the app. I then had the cable company send out a service person to install it. I managed to get two laptops and one roku tv to connect but no other devices could connect. Tech assistance from Arris could not provide a solution and disturbingly their terminology did not match that of the products published or on line information.

Powerful but difficult to set up

Also seems to have to be reset periodically because of lost internet connection.
