Problems with cell service while connected

I think they’re just making these things cheaper and cheaper so they can still charge an arm and leg for something.

Total waste of money, Best Buy returns are worse!!

For the price you pay, this Wi-Fi will barely reach across the house. Tried to use it for about 24 hours. Purchased separate modem and router, and range is so much better. Went ahead and returned this product, and one thing Best Buy can't do is refund. The website says refunds in 5 days, however on the phone they say 10-15 days. I have never in my life waited 15 days for a refund.

Ridiculously slow after 1 year

Repeatedly lost Wi-Fi

After that, the router repeatedly dropped the Wi-Fi signal multiple times a day, requiring unplugging the power cord and then restoring the power. The unit ran extremely hot and even having a fan ventilating it failed to prevent the Wi-Fi dropout!
