I've had it up and running for several days now and it is great - very fast. The only issue I can add is the mobile app to get it installed was glitchy and caused some stress but once I was provisioned by my ISP it was a piece of cake to get it going.

So far we are satisfied with this purchase. We’re getting good coverage and it was easy to set up.

Set up took a while to figure things out but overall it did what I bought it for.

It was easy to install for someone who has no knowledge nor cares to have knowledge in the techno world. You do have to have your service company out to sync it. Has a very strong range in my 1942 brick home, which my last modem router did not have as strong of an output.

Needed to upgrade my old ARRIS modem/router, and this one more than fit the bill. It's a great modem/router that easily handles my upgraded higher internet speed at home. WiFi works perfectly. It was very easy to set up, but had to call both ARRIS and Xfinity to get it registered and working with my internet. My newest work laptop doesn't even have a slot for a cable connection (have to use WiFi), but the router can handle up to 4 wire connections if you need that.

Once I got working it works great the price wasn't bad iam not tech savy

I am not good at setting electronics up up this was a breeze. Wi-Fi is available in every room. Streaming is easy, without slow downs.

As a Comcast customer. I had to replace my modem and this was recommended. This works perfectly with my internet.

It works really fast, connection is very secure. Boots also very fast. So far no complaints.

Excellent modem/ router combo. Had to recently upgrade because my previous one was 5 year old and this one has exceeded all expectations. Great for gaming. Well above 400mbps which works perfect for my apartment

Seemed to improve the range of my internet, however somewhat complicated when it comes to modifying settings such as changing the password. Also seems to have to be reset periodically because of lost internet connection.

Previous rougher I had was to slow and couldn’t keep up with the amount of gaming I do but with this one it’s able to keep up .

Easy set up and great technical support! Works great and doesn’t drop out. I used technical support because it failed a software update and they forced it remotely.

Works great using Comcast/Xfinity internet in my 2 story 1,700 sq ft home. No longer $15/month modem charge.

While the setup was generally simple, the fact that my in-laws do not have a smart phone made this terribly convoluted. It resulted in setting up the modem as myself and then go through several adminstration changes to get the account back in their name. Speed, etc, are all acceptable.

The ARRIS Surfboard is an excellent modem/router. It was easy to set up and has performed flawless.

Quick plug & play. Set up was very easy. I have no overheating issues. Wifi connections are staying connected and solid. Wired connection is very reliable and FAST.
