    My old router was acting up really bad..Did a lot of research and decided on the arris surfboard router..So glad I did it has been working great..No dropped internet connection since I fired it up...Highly recommend this router modem combo.

    I love my modem. It works great, and I get better speeds with it—almost 100 Mbps compared to the Comcast modem. Hot spot works great with it

    Easy set up, especially since the internet provider did I all for me. I did add my Orbi system after the fact and it was seamless.

    Very pleased with this modem/router combination. Setup was quick and easy. However, the mobile app was a little problematic. in terms of function, my new equipment works very well and I have not experienced any issues.

    What should have been an easy setup was complicated by Comcast not getting their end of the connection set properly. Once the tech that was dispatched got here, it was running a minute later. we only have 2 TVs, a tablet, and a pair of cell phones, but haven't had any problems. Would recommend!

    Thought it would be a little easier to set up but hubby got very impatient. We called for help and finally got all 3 TV’s and both phones and one of the computers set up.
