Beyond Expectations The set up was extremely easy .I connect to the wifi right away and went to the product account and setup Adim and Password. Then I use the Comcast Xfinity app. The process took roughly 20 or less to check signal and everything. I say this was the most easy router / modem combo set up.

This was easy to install. I no longer need a Wi-Fi extender. All cameras and devices run without a hitch. No more streaming issues either. Beware, however, this is a Wi-Fi 6 device so my older computer wound longer connect.

I spent over a week on NETGEAR CAX30 for a slow speed issue (speed is around 25% of my plan). I finally learned that both NETGEAR CAX30 and NETGEAR CAX80 routers have had a slow speed issue for sometimes and the software is unable to correct this issue at this time. I bought ARRIS SURFboard model G36 and It worked as expected out of the box. It keeps a speed of around 940Mbps (my plan is Xfinity 1Gbps) constantly for days. I am very pleased with this product. It's straightforward to set up and is easy to config the router according to my home's security cameras, and server.

We've been using the same modem for the past 7 years, and we decided to switch to a new one after our old one kept shutting down. This was an excellent purchase, and I am content with the features and speed of this modem. It is an excellent modem for its price point and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to purchase a modem!

Works great. It’s fast and easy to set up. Only issue I have is the app for the device.

This product is okay if you don't need a phone line. The problem it will take over a year to justify this over the cost of renting one from xfinity. I used this for 9 months and then it died, took 2 weeks to get a new one, xfinity got me one out in 3 days. If you keep it as a backup it's okay, but I wouldn't rely on it anymore. The product itself worked really good, but not any better over the Xfinity one. For context I use 1 ubiquiti US-24 and 2 Ubniquiti inifi lite -8s. 22 hardwire devices and 12 wireless devices and 5 IoT devices connected.

Works very well but the app is full of bugs I still recommend this product, the company just needs to work on the installation app.

Speed is fast! Works throughout the house with no troubles or glitches

This was my first time to connect a router with internet provider. It took me five days to roll up my sleeves to start this project. Luckily, the connection was easy and the instructions were clear. You just need download the app and a cord from internet provider and follow the step by step. Im enjoying the connection and performance. Highly recommend this router.

I really like this product. My only gripe is it occassionally drops connection maybe once or twice a day. Ive tried all the tricks i know to fix the issue, nothing works. In addition to that, i did have to return this product to get a replacement because the previous one because it wouldnt go online for some reason. Still... im content with this product because of its blazing fast speed.

I got this modem to replace an older model that wasn't wifi6 specified. Haven't really noticed a difference in performance. Not dropping out of sync as much, but still having some of the same issues that prompted me to upgrade my modem and router in the first place. Because I don't know if my issues are with the router or the modem, I can't say with any certainty I would recommend this device.

Great product, easy to setup, would require booster for coverage, has an app with poor rating but I found it functional. The only reason I returned product is my ISP will not allow the Max Package Giga Extra plans.

My Internet was lagging and spinning in circles. Both this and the speed was so quick and never looked back on any issues So easy to set up and inline and running within minutes

Easy setup with my ISP, the 2.5Gbps is a great since my computer supports it. And the web interface is easy to navigate. The only downside being that the Surfboard app advertised in the instructions does not support this model. It’s not a problem for me, but I thought it worth mentioning.

I purchased this to replace my bad Nighthawk router/modem. I am satisfied so far, it is alreafy quicker and more reliable.

Bought this to replace an older gateway that had fried due to a lightning strike. Very happy with my purchase. Setup with Cox cable was a breeze, the indicator light is obvious, easy to see, yet not blindingly bright in a dark room. The wireless connection is robust and goes to every corner in my two-story home. Speeds are as advertised. All around a great product with great attention to design.
