I've been using it for three years now and there have been no problems.

Everything is working fine. Seems to get from one side of the house to the other very well even though I have drywall and plaster coated walls metal just 2 x 4 house built in 1968. It was not the cheapest one, but it was recommended by my contact at the store

Bought this for a new house. Using it for Xfinity. Pulling right at a gig. House is a little over 4000 sq gf and seems to cover everything. Gave it 4 stars because it’s been less than a week. (Will update after about months.)

It works well. Not too hard to set up either. I would recommend it.

This is one of the better modem/router combo’s. Always better to have separate units if you can afford it. But that being said it ~500$ to do that effectively versus this unit ~250$. I have been surprised at how troubles with connections and lagging on streaming after upgrading to Cox gigbite services but I believe it is the fiber optic wiring to my apartment complex and not this router. When monitoring the speed I am always above 800mbps.

It was finally time to replace my 2013 cable modem and my even older wireless router. The ARRIS SURFboard had good reviews and combined modem with wireless router. I had to consult the company's tech help line to be sure that I had set the modem up correctly as it did not work immediately. The app that instructions direct you to are crap, just avoid it altogether. Call the company help line; the rep was super and diagnosed the problem quickly. My cable company had not properly activated the modem on my account. So when the cable company updated my account properly, it worked fabulously. We can now stream on several devices at a time with no noticeable lag. Of course that is compared to 2013 technology. Still, it is reliable and smooth.

Traded out my optimum modem for this guy because my Internet was crazy slow. Before trading out my old modem my speed was maxing at 89mbps and now my speed is at 876mbps. The app is super helpful and the setup was easy.

Was having lots of trouble with my cable , installed this router and have not had any problems at all since. Very good product

it has a good app to help get it installed and to manage it. I have had two lightning strikes and my sons router lost ports the first time and it died the second but this one is still fine!

Seems to have a very strong and stable signal. Little pricey tho

This item was the top of the line when I purchased it. It was expensive, but I wanted to get something more reliable, so I thought let’s pay a little bit more. Unfortunately I have been having a lot of problems with it. Basically it disconnects from internet often and when it does it doesn’t show immediately, rather you have to go to settings to verify that. It has 2 bandwidths, 2.5 and 5 gb. Which allows you to switch back and forth, and sometimes that doesn’t solve the problem. It causes you to lose precious time if you are doing some kind of financial transactions. I purchased replacement warranty, so I can replace it with a new or something different when I can’t stand it anymore. Make sure to purchase replacement warranty.

This is a good product. It was not a flawless installation but at the end it worked out. I am still having some hot spot issues but for sure the new modem improved our speed and how we watch TV.

This was super easy to setup and the speed is amazing. I use this with Xfinity and love the wifi. You won't regret getting this as I am now free of the rental from Xfinity.

Had slow Internet with my old DOCSIS 3.0 so it was time to upgrade to a DOCSIS 3.1. It’s been pretty fast with easy set up through the app. Not a bad buy at all. Well worth the money.

Good quality Modem-Router. Set up process was at first challenging due to Xfinity instructions being confusing. I figured it out after a few tries and have had no problems since. It's a little pricey but definitely performs as advertised.

Saving myself so much money every month with this modem/router. I have Xfinity, and this was one of their recommended ones! Works great!

Easy to setup and no issue since last couple of months . The only issue that i donot like in this brand that you cannot reboot the device remotely through the app. Over all device is running smooth with my xbox and ps5 live gaming .

I upgraded my Wifi 5 to this model. The speed is amazing, but be sure to check your Ethernet cables as well so you get the beat results. Industry is up to CAT6 which should be more smoother if you stream anything or if you are into gaming. I wish cost was lower.

Better then the cable company's router. W6. The only draw backs is you have to upgrade every components to same frequency. Not backwards compatible. Very strong signal.
