    WiFi modem works great only problem is the app support which is a known issue with arris products

    Great Modem router combo! Has wifi 6 and DOCSIS 3.1. Stop renting a modem from your cable company and buy this! Only thing I wish that was better on this would be the app. The app leaves a lot to be desired.

    Works great and provides wifi for all of our devices! Only downside, there is no WPS button.

    Had a little trouble getting modem added and activated with xfinity but now that i have all my devices connected it runs smoothly. I do however have issues with connection on an older computer. I just decided to connect directly to the modem and that resolved that issue.

    The Arris Surfboard which I purchased 3 years ago decided to die, so I went to Best Buy where I bought it and, after looking at several options, decided to buy the Arris-Surfboard DOCSIS 3.1 Multi-Gig Cable Modem & Wi-Fi 6 Router Combo and, as they say, "I never looked back!" My computer, IPad, etc., are back to working great! Fortunately, the Arris was also marked down a little so I saved on the price as well! I usually buy my computer needs at Best Buy and recommend the store to friends.

    I replaced this for 800 speed. Mother board did not have 2.5GB Ethernet port so I installed one of those. Now I get my 800 - 900 speeds.
