Unreliable

My Nighthawk (Netgear) and Eeros Mesh system never had wonky internet service. I went ahead and bought another Nighthawk Modem to handle 2.5 G internet and Eeros 7 Max. I knew I should've bought the mesh system and not a 2 in one internet/router. Surfboard sucks.

Upgrade

I upgraded from an older Arris modem and still unsure if this one is any better and it was double the cost of my last one. I have a good internet so I thought the speed would be quicker but I'll give it more time.

Nothing but problems

My Husband and I use the internet for everything. We both work from home and often have online meetings at the same time while playing music and streaming a show. We also both online game. I pay a LOT for my internet service as a result. This device and it's terrible app have been the biggest thorn in my side! I was already upset I had to switch from Google Fiber to Xfinity with a move but this device has caused my systems to crash, calls to drop and more. I rely on my internet for my livelyhood and betwen the band splitting not working, the random invisible networks and an app that takes eons to load or do anything (I often just went around it on my computer) I regret the day I bought it and will be replacing it IMMEDIATLY. If you're like me and have 18+ devices, work from home and generally make the most out of your internet, save yourself the migraine and get something else.
