Good and reliable. Combined cable modem and wifi router is perfect to replace the devices from your cable provider. Easy to setup if you follow the instructions. Compatible with Comcast/Xfinity internet service. Does not support landline phone service or cable company phone service, whoch we never used. A bit expensive at $300 but it works well for my home. Thos unit will be suitable for many years with its very fast speeds. Easily accommodates mumtiple streaming TV plus work conference calls, phonea and other devices simultaneously.

Was very easy to install. Is delivering fast and reliable internet service throughout out 2,100 sq ft home. Price was less than many other Modem/Routers. We are extremely satisfied after several months.

A fast router, easy to set up after a few early steps. I bought this to cut my internet cost from Xfinity. Working good so far.

This modem is not worth full price. Range, speed and set up is great and easy, but I have to reboot the thing one to two times a week. I'll come home and the wifi signal is up, but it says no internet is available. After the reboot it works fine. It's annoying to have to reboot this thing all the time.

Purchased product back in Sep 3, 2024 no major issues since purchase date. The phone app for router's interface is OK. Had some issues trying to enable the feature to disable wifi access on connected devices from a set time during different days of the week. After several tries found solution on the web GUI instead of the phone app, not that counter intuitive for non tech inclined users.

We've been using the same modem for the past 7 years, and we decided to switch to a new one after our old one kept shutting down. This was an excellent purchase, and I am content with the features and speed of this modem. It is an excellent modem for its price point and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to purchase a modem!

Wow- this was easy to install and works perfectly. I’ve moved away from the xfi modem to this. 2 storey home 1500- works fine in and out of the house )even at my backyard. Great purchase!

Bought this for a new house. Using it for Xfinity. Pulling right at a gig. House is a little over 4000 sq gf and seems to cover everything. Gave it 4 stars because it’s been less than a week. (Will update after about months.)

The in-store team was knowledgeable and courteous, making the purchase process smooth and stress-free. As for the device itself—it’s a powerhouse. Setup was intuitive, and the performance has been flawless. The Wi-Fi 6 coverage is strong throughout the home, and the multi-gig capabilities easily support our high-demand usage. No more buffering or dropped connections, even with multiple devices streaming and working simultaneously. I appreciate the sleek design and the ability to eliminate monthly rental fees from my ISP. It’s a smart investment that delivers speed, stability, and long-term savings. Highly recommend both the product and Best Buy’s service. A win on all fronts.

Pretty fast and veery easy to setup. Worked flawlessly with xfinity.

Beyond Expectations The set up was extremely easy .I connect to the wifi right away and went to the product account and setup Adim and Password. Then I use the Comcast Xfinity app. The process took roughly 20 or less to check signal and everything. I say this was the most easy router / modem combo set up.

Works well with Xfinity/Comcast easy set up located in the basement of a 3800 square foot home so far no need for mesh or extenders. Handles 400 mbps no issues

Well worth the money!!. I can easy see the speed is a lot better than with my old combo modem from comcast. The setup process was very easy and quick. I love the fact it has more than direct ethernet ports in the back of it, I have my tv and ps5 both direct port with the ps5 getting the 3.5gb port. If you wanna sperate your 2.5 bands and 5g bands you can do it easy with this modem and the app.

Top of the line Arris Cable Gateway, supporting 32x8 channels, DOCSIS 3.1 standard, Wi-Fi 6 with with one 2.5 Gbps port. Despite these impressive stats the LAN component has numerous problems that Arris tech support wouldn't bother to help me figure out. Issue #1, 2 of my laptops use an almost identical model Intel wireless adapter. Prior to switching out my previous model Arris gateway both of these laptops connected wirelessly fine. These 2 laptops see other neighbors networks in range just not this gateway. The workaround was to uninstall the Intel Wi-Fi driver and use a generic Microsoft driver. Arris support simply told me to contact Intel. 2nd issue is Chromecast doesn't allow me to cast anything to it via Ethernet, only wirelessly but my Wi-Fi signal in this room is poor to the gateway. The previous Arris gateway allowed me to cast via Ethernet with Chromecast. Once again Arris didn't help but referred me to Google. I should mention that I'm an A+ certified Systems Administrator, used to troubleshooting problems but this one was impossible to figure out, even after hard resetting the gateway, updating firmware on all devices. Most users that aren't too technical might not have such problems as me. I'm a power user, for the price I expect this product or support to surpass my expectations. I returned this and went with Netgear Nighthawk, everything works perfectly now, I'm through with Arris products and terrible tech support.

Arris is great. Reliable connection (so long as isp is not having problems), and easy setup. These are my go-to.

This was easy to install. I no longer need a Wi-Fi extender. All cameras and devices run without a hitch. No more streaming issues either. Beware, however, this is a Wi-Fi 6 device so my older computer wound longer connect.
