Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Most difficult to set up we've ever had...apps they have do Not do anything...Can't connect with printers, extenders, no WPS button...finally figured out how to get to web gateway and got a number but enabling that kicked everything offline, turned off and got back on but still can't connect with printer or extender...Would not buy an Arris again

Save yourself the headache and buy dedicated modem and dedicated router. Your life will be much simpler. As far as the product itself when it works it's awesome. Bit, you will have connection for a few hours to days then poof l, all connection gone until you unplug and restart the unit.

Frequent connectivity issues

We installed the modem that day easily. It was easy to reprogram the various pieces of equipment that interfaced with it. The router has worked flawlessly since then.
