The Arris Surfboard which I purchased 3 years ago decided to die, so I went to Best Buy where I bought it and, after looking at several options, decided to buy the Arris-Surfboard DOCSIS 3.1 Multi-Gig Cable Modem & Wi-Fi 6 Router Combo and, as they say, "I never looked back!" My computer, IPad, etc., are back to working great! Fortunately, the Arris was also marked down a little so I saved on the price as well! I usually buy my computer needs at Best Buy and recommend the store to friends.

Good device - easy to setup and works well in a 2500 sq ft house

although I got it to finally work, this modem’s wifi seems weak compared to the motorola one it replaced. the instructions and web app are very unclear marginal in utility. it took me three days to get my various wifi device to work; two of them would not work no matter what i did and had to be replaced. of the ones that i did get working it was only because i had to erase all previous wifi networks and create new ones - what a pain! the two devices that would never work turns out to work just fine on another wifi network with a different brand modem of same specifications.

Easy installation and easy setup. I didn’t spend much time walking through the process and everyone was able to login.

A must buy product it worth the money very hi-speed connectivity best performance of Online gaming and Streaming services. It’s compatible with Xfinity, Spectrum, and Cox Services.

I really wish I could recommend this, but it’s been nothing but a headache. Just two days after the return window closed, the product began having serious connectivity issues, random disconnections throughout the day. What’s worse, instead of Best Buy supporting their customers and handling claims with the manufacturer directly, they made me deal with ARRIS myself. For a product that failed almost immediately, that kind of customer service is unacceptable. If you still want to take the risk, buy it from Amazon where you at least get a 30-day return window which is more than enough time to see how unreliable this product really is. I’ve already wasted too much time troubleshooting something that should’ve worked from day one. The constant drops even put my home security system at risk. I’ve since switched to another brand from Amazon and haven’t had a single issue since. To make matters worse, the modem’s interface through the mobile app is terrible, outdated, and confusing. It honestly feels like this product was designed in the 1960s. Save yourself the frustration. Skip this product!

Easy to setup and customize my firewall settings for port forwarding, the speed is also nice.

The device itself works great with Cox. Speeds on WiFi match what they advertise with very few errors. The Android app didn't work for me though so I had to set everything up with a web browser.

Very satisfied with the price/performance value. This product offers exceptional value and works great in our 3200 sq ft home.

Xfinity recommended to buy this to replace our old Arris, saying the old one can't handle the new speeds. Sadly, we had to buy a new printer because the company that makes it said it doesn't have software for it to update to the new router. Now it's our TV. Hanging on for now without being able to stream because, like with the printer, the TV cannot find the new Arris wifi network.

This was very easy to set up and we are getting a faster speed to our various devices than the gateway we rented through Xfinity
