Easy to set up, works great! Have not have any problems, and it saves us a ton of money each money vs. renting it from our internet provider.

Bought this modem to replace my Comcast modem. Glad I did, the speeds are noticeably better with this modem. I did give up voice function with this modem, but I never used our Comcast phone line much anyway. This doesn't really save me any money on my Comcast bill tough. The way they work it, if you pay extra for unlimited data, you save some money on your monthly modem fees, but when you buy your own modem, that discount goes away, so my monthly bill actually went up a few dollars. Oh well, still glad I bought this modem though. It's a quarter the size of the Comcast modem, and even made by the same company that made the Comcast modem. Setup was easy using the Comcast iPhone app.

So this review includes kudos to the Best Buy customer service rep who helped us find a compatible WiFi modem. Set up was easy, and we followed their instructions how to talk to Xfinity to set up the connection with Xfinity service. Saved us $$ from am expensive monthly fee for the device and we can take it anywhere.

Works. Fast, Easy to use. On the expensive side, so if you dont need 2.5 Gbps, maybe go with a cheaper model.

We replaced the Comcast high speed modem/router with this modem and a separate router that gives us 2.5, 5, and 6 gig options with it picking the best for each connection. No regrets at all. So much better connectivity and speed. No more dropped chats while my son gamed or lost internet connectivity and it reaches our entire house unlike our old setup. Get it you won’t regret it. Great modem.

Almost plug and play, setup is very easy with the manual! Significantly faster than the modem provided by my ISP. Has increased my internet speeds by 10%.

Easy to set up - smaller than other devices - one single status light with different colors instead of a row of flickering lights that also have different colors - and 2.5GB AND 1GB network ports.

Highly recommend this modem, it's handling the internet in our house very well and works well with the Eero mesh system.

S33 is small but packs a punch with great speeds. Also a good looking modem. You can’t go wrong with this modem.

So far, the router has been working very well!! Switched from an old Motorola router.

Time to upgrade my nearly 10 year old cable modem. This upgrade is capable of 2.5 gps soni did upgrade my Xfinity the same speed. And it did not disappoint

Xfinity recently upgraded their system and my old modem only downloaded 300mbs. So, I upgraded and now I’m getting 900mbs on busy days. Works flawlessly too…

Easy to set up . fast, consistent reliable never overheats

Overall has been amazing. Constant speeds and no outages. I have spectrum gig and this gets the job done.

Had to replace my old ARRIS Optimum modem. This one works beautifully. No regrets. Just remember to call your service provider to activate it so you have the full features. Just plugging it in will give you service but you will notice it's slow.

Our streaming has been so much better, and faster. This modem not only looks good, but it really makes our gaming and our movie nights that much better. This was super easy to set up, and connect to.

My modem was starting to lose power intermittently, so I needed to replace it. This modem was the highest rated, very easy to install, and works great.

I was using a Spectrum provided modem and constantly had issue with it. Even had a technician come out and check the line. No issues with the line. I decided to purchase the Arris Surfboard S33 and I'm extremely glad I did. I've had absolutely zero issues and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
