Best 2.5GbE Cable Modem
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great, compact 2.5Gbe modem. I like it better than the Motorola MB8611, though that's also a great modem. Both have been been nearly 100% rock solid for me. I like the fact that it has both a 2.5Gbe and 1Gbe port; my provider assigned IPs to both interfaces and let me use them simultaneously (though respecting the subscribed service limit at any given time).

New modem
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over all good modem for Xfinity. Easy setup and faster than my old Arris modem. My only complaint is the app is useless and doesn’t tell you anything. Don’t waste your time with downloading the app. Limited ability to make changes to setting s it I think that is Xfinity issue.

Solid modem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simple, easy to setup. Call cable company with MAC, plug in and you're online. Have had this modem for 6 months, used on Spectrum and Grande Cable. Speeds are great at 1000/50 Mbps, It has worked great for this period minus an odd glitch where my upload slowed to less than 1 Mbps. Power Cycled the modem and speeds returned. Currently running on old firmware as Grande does not upgrade firmware frequently. I cannot access the Status page or Spectrum Analyzer due to this.

Compact and low profile
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got this hooked up today, so I just took it out of the box. It's smaller than I'm used to and I'm very happy about this. Technician did say it tends to get warm, but I didn't plan on putting it in a cabinet anyways, so that's not an issue for me. I've used this brand in the past, so I have high hopes. If you're reading this and it's still 5☆, I'm still happy with it

worth it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's hard to find a 3rd party cable modem with 2 ports and a 2.5Gbps port. This modem has exactly that. I was able to wire the 2.5Gbps port right to my desktop to take advantage of my internet speeds and use the regular 1Gbps port to run my wifi system. Quick and easy to activate with my ISP.

Terrific modem
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent modem, easy to install and delivers great performance. We bought this to replace Suddenlink’s provided modem that we were tired of paying for. As expected, problems with internet connection and Suddenlink’s denial it was their problem. We had to contact Arris technical support and he readily detected the problem was with Suddenlink and gave us the information to provide to them. Arris’s tech support is top notch!!! I would buy this modem again.

Fast Speeds Easy Setup.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The modem is super fast and light. I wish the app added additional functionality as it only assist with getting you up and running so that you don't have to call your cable company at least for Spectrum Customers that's how it is. My speeds are great and I personally like the design. I purchased this because Spectrum modems were/are horrible and because I purchased the Surfboard Max Mesh System. The two devices look delightful next to each other.

Fast and Reliable
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought as a replacement for a Motorola modem, which kept dropping the signal, This one is fast and, so far, very reliable. Setup was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend, especially over Motorola.

v.good modem
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.v.good modem, i like it's compact size, and performance/speed so far is consistent both download and upload . I'm using it to replace and ORBI modem/router combo which used to drop frequently and had to restart once a week or so. but with the new SURFboard S33 it's not running for almost a month without any hiccups

Don’t use you ISP modem. But this!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My ISP provided me with a modem that was absolutely one of the worst things I’ve ever had. I did some research and found this one. It’s easy to install and easy to get up and running. I have not experienced any slow downs or disconnects. I highly recommend purchasing this!

Perfect modem for Xfinity/Comcast
|Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent modem for our high speed internet at home. We get all our speed and we have it connected to our Eero mesh router. We use Xfinity/Comcast as our internet provider and have not had any issues with it. It's nice and small but some might find its lightweight design cheap or hard to keep in one place.

Buy the one thats worth the money!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did the mistake of first buying a NETGEAR cable modem to replace the one I was currently using (was a Aris modem also but needed one for Gig speeds at home) and boy was that a mistake. Returned that one and got this new one and it was a night a day difference. Super easy to install and activate and haven't had any issues since I have purchased and im getting my gig speeds as promised! Please! Do yourselves a favor and get the Aris ones! There worth the price!

Great Modem
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this modem while upgrading to Xfinity gbps service. Using the mobile Xfinity app was easy and took 10 min to complete. This modem was paired with a Linksys MR9000 AC 3000 Tri-Band router. I've had success Arris modem-router combo's the past 3.5 yrs but opted for tbe 3.1 docsis modem only with a well priced and functional router. All in all took less than 30 minutes to upgrade my home-office network and average 940mbps down and 42 mgbs up speeds.
