Getting the fastest internet speed I have ever had with this modem. Very happy with this modem.

Bought this modem to replace another which had gone haywire. Easy to set up and activate with my ISP. Been using for one month only, so no problems so far. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase just the standalone modem instead of renting from ISP directly.

The speed and quick setup is amazing. I have 1 GB speed and my last modem did to but could not keep up. This modem well exceeds the demand in usage.

As an industry professional, I have been installing and working with Motorola Aris for years. They are robust and easy to install and troubleshoot, and I would recommend for anyone.

My old modem from the cable company wasn't reliable and kept needing to be rebooted. I went to exchange it and was told they all do that. I fixed that by going to best buy and getting this. Stable internet now.

Could activate the modem in just few minutes on xfinity network with their mobile app ‘Xfinity’. It needed modem max address to be passed on. There was no need to call xfinity. Modem is working solid. Currently I have only 400 mbps internet and see absolutely no issue. Will shortly upgrade to 1GHz. It’s little pricy. Paid $169 plus taxes

Initially purchased the Motorola MB8611 and had to return due to constantly losing connection. At the recommendation of the Best Buy employee purchased this Arris. Easy installation and set up and has worked perfectly since. Highly recommend.

upgraded my internet with comcast and went with the Arris mainly because that is what was available at Bestbuy and one of the modems approved by Comcast. Seems to work fine. Speeds are exactly what I am paying for. Happy for now. Set up was simple with the Xfinity app.

I was waiting for a good time to finally upgrade to gigabit speeds, and over the holidays was the perfect time. So far the modem has worked great. These past two days however I've had issues but I'm chalking it up to bad weather from the snow we just go. I've used Arris/Motorola modems for years now and they've always been reliable. The 2.5Gbps port is great for the future. I'm happy with my purchase so far.

Working well so far. Only time will tell, but very pleased with the performance of this modem. Not sure why comcast had such a hard time connecting to this, but it's comcast.

Excellent modem. In the several months I’ve been using this modem I’ve had faster and more consistent internet throughout my entire house. Also, its small size is incredibly convenient. Set up was super easy.

This cable modem is overkill for me but I wanted to future proof. I set it up with ease using the comcast app and it had a firmware update and hasnt missed a beat. Steady great performance. Not much heat and not made in china. Solved all of our internet issues. Trade in your old one and BB gives you 15% off.

This modem is compact and works very well..! It helped get free from my ISP’s recurring charges. Love it!
