I recommend it, it's easy to install and configure, it works perfectly.

Upgraded to this modem after upgrading my service plan and this was listed as compatible with provider and new plan. Not yet achieving the expected down data rate but the up data rate exceeds the expected speed. The lower than expected down data rate is unlikely due to the modem.

Great step up from the S33. Same download speed as prior model, but 10 fold increase in upload speeds! Consistently getting 150-200 Mbps upload speeds now, and sometimes up to 300 Mbps.

I wanted to upgrade my wifi and this was a great choice to future proof my system. Ive had no issues, setup was easy and I am saving money on rental fees.

Went to best buy to purchase a modem for home use. didn't know which one to buy. The sales rep that assisted me was very helpful is making sure I purchased the correct one. The following day I was back up and working.

Worked with with the network equipment I have. Purchased this as a back up as our previous one broke. Now it is our permanent one.

Product was easy to set up on my side but needed to call cable provider to get modem to recognize.

The modem installation was finished using a process from my cable provider and has worked as advertised ever sense.

Upgraded to this modem from older Arris. I’ve had it a little over 2 months now and no issues or complaints. Some reviews complained about how hot the modem would get. We have on average 14 devices always connected to WiFi and it doesn’t get hot. It’s warm, but never hot. My old modem was always warm too. Feels relatively the same.

Definitely a great modem, but the web interface needs to be more secure as both the router and browser complain that it isn't secure. The Energy Efficient Ethernet is a great feature, but it would help to be able to turn it on and off easier. The worst thing about is the app they recommend you use to setup and register it. It's much easier to skip the app and use the web interface to register and set it up.

I needed a faster modem, and this one was great. Simple set up. I would recommend this to others.

Replaced a bricked NetGear. Should have stuck with ARRIS. This works and does what it is designed to do.

I bought the S34 modem believing my router (capable of 350Mbps) would still allow me to reach into the 150 Mbps range. My outdated old modem only gave me 28 Mbps and the S34 bumped it up to 38 Mbps. I'm either missing something or Xfinity has me throttled. I'll update this review if I figure out a speed increase.
