Easy to setup, works seemlessly with spectrum, just had to call and give them the info off the bottom of the unit. Soon as they sent the signal and rebooted it, it works like a charm. I actually get speeds over what I pay for with it. My subscription through spectrum is 500mbps and I generally get around 550 or more. Way faster than my old cable modem.

Seems to work OK so far but runs really hot. Hoping it holds up. I got this to replace an old one xfinity said wasn't capable of the speeds being provided, but I haven't noticed this new one being much faster. My youtube streams are at HD more often now, That's about it.

Works fairly well. No issues outside of setup being a bit much.

Finally a modem that provides the speed I need without dropping connections!

Easy to set up. Follow the directions (yes, read it carefully), and I had no problem with using the App to register.

Simple and easy to connect, I had more issues with my ISP than I did with the Arris S34 modem.

Love it glad i went with my own modem, vs getting a used one from spectrum.

Worked as advertised but got very hot to the touch. I contacted Arris tech support and they advised me to return it. I ended up exchanging this for a Netgear CM3000 and the Netgear runs much cooler.

Bought this for the Enhanced Upload speeds offered by Xfinity. It doesn’t disappoint as I can see download/upload of 1600/330Mbps and even has the ability to turn off the LED to help darken the room. Also solves the rental fee problem, if you dont mind tending to your own network equipment.
