This modem was great. I currently dont use it anymore because I upgraded to a Docsis 3.1 set up. However when I did use it I never had issues with my connetion. No disconnects whatsoever unless it was on my ISP side.

Works as intended. Compatible with COX basic essential service. Easy to see status of internet connection. ARRIS Customer service support was easy to utilize but just a bit hard to understand them.

Plugged it in, called Cox and after giving them the relevant information to provision services to the modem it was up and running, and providing the higher speeds of our service tier that our older DOCSIS 2 modem was unable to. Only complaint would have to be about the brightness of the blue LEDs, but that is easily solved with a bit of tape.

This puppy is super fast and rock solid. Have not had to reset it (or my router for that matter) once since installing it about 2 months ago. I have the time warner 300. I think the max I've pulled is 225mbs but that's surely a time warner thing not the modems fault. No more lease fee either.

This modem was excellent for our home internet plan. It was straightforward to set up, and is very reliable. The ordering and delivery process through Best Buy was also great.

Device was easy to install and so far is working as well as my old Motorola device that died after 8 years. I saved hundreds of dollars by buying the last modem instead of renting from Comcast, so I hope to get the same result with this one.

I had all sorts of issues with the TWC modem. Easy switch to this one, just had to re-init some things after TWC allowed to work on their system. No problems since then with a variety of iDevices, laptops, desktops, droid phones, smart TV, blu ray players and Wii / Wii U game systems

Bought this to avoid paying rental fees from Comcast. Works great, fast speed, easy to install, have no issues. Got 118Mbps down and 5Mbps up.

This modem was purchased for our vacation home. We also have Arris modem in our home. This modem was easy to install and has performed without any issue. It was installed in March 2021.

I've had this for just shy of a week, but combined with my Orbi mesh system, it works great. I pay for 100mbps download speed from Spectrum, and I've been getting an average of 117mbps down and 11-12mbps up. The router was also really easy to set up.

I experienced a noticeable difference in speed over my previous Docsys 3.0 modem. I couple this with a D-Link AC3200 router for blazing speeds (126mps wireless on Comcast speedtest, same as wired). Easy installation.

Took about 3 hours to get the modem activated through my carrier. the process was easy, just a little confusing in the beginning. This one is replacing an older ARRIS modem. Both have worked great.

The ones that the cable companies install are garbage compared to this thing. throughput is great and you can use any wifi router that you want. ARRIS does make one with wifi built-in too. It is only about $40 more.

This Modem is super fast, which provides a 16X download speed. It is the fastest one you could find in the market at this time point. I am very satisfied with my choice and haven't found any problem by now. If you have a 200M or 300M internet, don't hesitate to get this one!

Very pleased with the modem. I had it hooked up and running in no time. I like that the display is very easy to read and that it is very well ventilated. The Motorola I had previously was always very hot and seemed to run a slower connection.

after using same brand 6141 for a year, then being told it's now obsolete by IP provider I tried the one they sent me as a rental, sure it got rated speed but wouldn't work with server, so I bought this. I plugged this in and after connecting it worked right away

Getting my rated speeds of 100/10 again. Had an aging Arris modem that was on its way out. Quick call to give cable company the MAC address and I was up and running again. Much more compact than the older Arris model. Great modem for the price!

This product is great. Two downsides: It took Comcast almost one hour to get it to respond from their end; and the bright blue light that it emits makes my office glow at night when the lights are turned off. Other than that it works great and has been very dependable.

I’m very happy with this modem. It is so much faster than my previous one. It’s fairly easy to set up. The light is really bright in the dark, but no problems if you don’t have your computer in your bedroom. I highly recommend buying this modem!
