Great modem for the price. Never had to reset the modem I bought several years ago. I use spectrum and bought this one for my dad and it consistently works great.

I replaced my SB6141 with this unit. I am now able to get more than 200Mbps from my internet provider, which is awesome. If this unit performs as well as the SB6141, I will be happy for years to come. Definitely recommend the upgrade

Modem performance is very good, getting some one from Comcast to provision it properly or getting full bonding on all available channels is unlikely; unless you are in a fully activated area and you are lucky enough to get proper assistance from knowledgeable representative. ipv6test.com may not initially recognize capability & you must make sure router & other devices are set to ipv6 compatibility modes. This can be challenging, because all things may appear correct, but ipv6 may still not connect. There may also be some lag time before devices are initially recognized. This modern does it's job and will serve you well once you get through the pain of setup. I do highly recommend it. Motorola customer service is very friendly, professional & helpful -should you need them - they will answer your lingering questions.

Easy to install and works like a charm. Hard part was working with the cable company in the basement with no WIFI to set it up.

It is working with Comcast 3.0 but the first time I tried to set it up, there was a problem with the wifi connection. The internet buffers a lot. The modem works just fine. Probably something wrong with Comcast. The price is not worthy for such a produt

Best Modem you even own. FAST, Easy installation. All you need is WIFI router and hook to Modem. No problem. Important to purchase ONLY MODEM not built in WIFI and Modem. too much problem and complex happen. Just MODEM and you are all SET!

TWC upgraded my internet service to 200/20 so I had to upgrade from my old trusty SB6121 to take advantage of the new speed this modem has been rock solid I have had zero issues.

This modem is great. Basically plug and play, super fast, and reliable. For the price, it works great. One possible downside for some people is that it has a blue light always on which looks kinda bright at night.

In order to take advantage of higher speeds from my ISP I needed to upgrade my existing modem. This model was on their list. The price was good and it works great. I have had several Motorola Arris models. No problems were ever noted.

Bought this to go with my Netgear router. Recommended by the sales person. It is supported by Oceanic Time Warner Cable. The setup was quick and trouble free. Glad Im not paying equipment rental and getting much faster performance.

Bought this unit to be done with TWC's rental. Its compact size clears up a lot of space on my desk. It's white like my Apple router and it was a breeze to install. The sales rep steered me right when he said to get this one.

This modem works perfectly. Its performance has been rock-solid, and I've not had to reset it once since I installed it approximately 6 weeks ago. Download and upload speeds are outstanding. You can't go wrong with this modem.

Bought this modem 3 years ago and it’s still going strong. Definitely better than paying for a rental modem from cable companies. Haven’t had any issues and setting up was easy.

You get what you pay for. Replaced my old Zoom modem with this speedster, went from 30m down to 120+. Super solid, easy to set up. Works great on Comcast. Highly recommended.

This modem has never required a restart and has worked flawlessly. I have had it now for 6 months and never had an issue. My internet service provider is offering 126mb download and 20mb upload which I fully get using this modem.

I love it, I get the speeds I want without having to pay for leasing a modem from the cable company, if I had to give one con it would be it puts off a lot of light and seeing I keep it in my bedroom it's bright and had to block it
