This modem has never required a restart and has worked flawlessly. I have had it now for 6 months and never had an issue. My internet service provider is offering 126mb download and 20mb upload which I fully get using this modem.

I bought this to issue with my new Netgear Nighthawk Router and it works like a charm to provide great speed without interruption! I have had zero problems and setup was a snap. No more rental/leasing fees from Comcast!

I have had the ARRIS Sufboard Modem for about a bit over a month and to be honest, it has been pretty accurate in terms of doing what it says it can do. Setup was fairly easy out of the box, and the price was not too steep. If you purchase this modem, make sure that your router supports gigabit speeds, trust me . . . you won't regret it.

I love it, I get the speeds I want without having to pay for leasing a modem from the cable company, if I had to give one con it would be it puts off a lot of light and seeing I keep it in my bedroom it's bright and had to block it

Does what it says. Supports TWC and we have 200mbps, and this seems to support all 200+ (it's rated for 300) Does get hot though, so plan on leaving it on a desk and not touching you (or anything heat sensitive for that matter)

I didn’t know how badly I needed a new, faster router until I installed this product. Easy to install and easier to get spoiled with its speed. A great value for the price and the performance it delivers.

I wanted to pick a modem up myself, because I did not want to rent one for a monthly fee. This was easy to setup with my netgear router and has been working perfectly for the past 6 months.

Had a SB6141 prior to buying this SB6183. Both the SB6141 and SB6183 are solid performers. With 16 download channels, the SB6183 is fast and handles the ISP promised speed well. Well worth the money.

Haven't had a connectivity issue with this new modem. Cord-cutting, wifi-enabled house and nobody has issues. Installation was easy and great modem for the price. Would buy again.

Its not much to look at, but it does its job and is fast. Its rolling about 298mb down and 41mb up with Comcast Elite 250. My last modem said it would handle the speed "netgear" but Comcast's boot file was not compatable.

low price and basic, but it also works well. It is also compact in size and has a pleasant design.

It was easy to hook up and is small so it does not take up a lot space. As of right now no issues. The only thing negative about it for me is it gives off a bright blue light.

This modem is far smaller than what the cable provider gave me, will save me in lease fees in the long run, and supports the extra channels my speed tier normally doesn't get access too. I couldn't be happier!

I purchased this for 90 from bb. Got it less because it was cheaper on website. I love this modem. I am getting consistently 180mbps down and 15 up. This is rated up to 650mbs so it's good to go for the long run.

We purchased this cable modem to get rid of the modem rental fee for our Comcast Business class internet connection. It has run reliably at promised speeds without any outages for a month and has had no other issues. It does, however, run hotter than other similar products so be sure that you have it in a well ventilated spot.

I use this with TWC, its on their approved list, instead of renting my modem. It will pay for itself in less than a year. It has no problem with high speed internet maximum transfer speeds and has been very reliable.

It does what it is supposed do, but if in bedroom, it lights up like you have a lamp on, put under desk, and still see a glow coming out from under desk. It was the only one that was compatible with Optimum , so cant take back, I am saving 10 dollars a month.

Just love it never have to unplug it to reboot it! Very reliable! Like the looks of it! And the best thing I like about it it works really well right now I’m getting 300 MB per second really fast!

After reading many of the reviews, I purchased this modem for my Mac. It was extremely easy to set up and has been working perfectly. I noticed an improvement in my Internet since I have been using it.

I have Cox in Phoenix, AZ. I use their Premier (27 Mbps) it is one step below the "ultimate" and requires the "stream combining" to reach the advertised speeds. I was dubious that it would make much of an impact. I run this in to a and the results were suprising. I ran a test over wifi with my iphone using the speedtest app. On the old modem I got about 20 Mbps down and it says about 30 Mbps up (I think upload is way off for whatever reason), ping was about 70ms. AFTER the install of this modem I saw about 30 Mbps down and 45 up, Ping dropped to about 35ms. This is all annecdotal and based on wifi and an iphone app, but I did notice a much quicker response on all items connected. Xbox, Roku, iPad, all loaded faster and i have been killing it on !
