An A/V installer I have worked with called and told me to buy this specific model, because in his testing it is the only one hat will consistently support the fastest streams offered. It is an OUTSTANDING product.

Needed a modem just for working online, no video games or streaming. So far after a month still works as needed. Fast start up and maintains connection.

I was told by my provider over a year ago that I needed an upgraded modem. I moved a month ago and decided to get the upgraded modem. Unlike my old modem, this lights up the room like a night light or even brighter. I'd rather it didn't. Also it is quite warm to the touch, maybe due to the lights.

Had an older surfboard and decided it was time to upgrade. Much more reliable connection and speed has been much more reliable since getting this newer model.

Great so far been using the Sb6183 for about 2 months works very well stays warm but not hot and always performs perfect speeds are for lower than what it can really do but its producing 180mbps with ease

It has worked perfectly since the day I installed it. Can't ask for anything more from a modem.

Works great with my netgear nighthawk ac dual band router running 5 samsung galaxy phones 3 galaxy tabs 3 laptops 2 tvs and a desk top great speeds no slow downs or hicups both tvs are usualy steaming netflicks or hulu while my boys are playing lol on line on the desk top and laptop and is surfing the web on a laptop or phone.we live on the 3rd floor and get full bars in our friends apt on the first floor at the other end of the building. You cant go wrong with this product and nighthawk router

I purchased this modem, which is better than the refurbished modem supplied by my cable company, that was charging me $10 a month to rent. It will have paid for itself in a year. Works perfect and is future ready.

The Motorola Arris SURFboard 600 is a speedy modem that I have really enjoyed owning. Our ISP increased internet speeds so it was a necessary update for us. The only negative I could see about this product is the LED lights are very bright, and some people may take issue with that, depending on where the modem lives.

This modem replaced a "rented" cable modem from my local cable company. Fast! Easy to connect. Unit will pay for itself in 8 months of cable rental fees.

A Best Buy salesman recommended this modem for a cox.net application. Installation was a snap and it performs as advertised.

Works perfect with Cable One. I have the 200 mbp plan and it keeps up with no problems. When plugging in a wireless router the modem automatically detects it and lets the router set up the IP address so there is no conflict. No settings to change so your modem and router will not conflict. I paired this with the Netgear Blackhawk and turned on all 16 of my devices and set them all to stream YouTube videos. This modem did not blink an eye and took it like a champ. I currently run 3-5 devices at a time and gaming is part of it. This little power house packs a punch. Only downfall is it has 1 Ethernet port so be ready to have a good router.

Have been using this model for Comcast internet service. Working very well so far, fast and reliable. Excellent choice for this price.

Cox advised that I should upgrade my model to DOC 3.0 to get maximum benefit for my premium network service. Installation was easy. I am now getting download rates and upload rates about my expectations.

save money by owning the modem itself. faster speeds. small in size and doesn't take up much space which is a plus!

Bought this modem over 5 years ago and still working great. No having to reboot. Use this with Spectrum/Charter service and getting around 150mb download speeds with 100mb service. Was looking to upgrade my modem but could not tell speed difference between this and a newer 32 x 8 DO SIS 3.1 modem albeit I am comparing to my Internet speed plan of 100mb download. Overall still very happy with my purchase and am returning newer 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 modem as this modem still rocking along for my needs.

Works great! I got a Tp-Link router and have zero internet issues. Super easy setup! I also like the small/white size :)

Modem was very easy to install. It is a good size for my desk. I am saving 10 a month on my internet bill.Wish I had purchased this a long time ago.

I feel stupid for having paid to rent the cable modem from my provider for this long. The Arris was simple to set up, relatively inexpensive, and the savings will pay for itself. Plus it's fast!
