My internet was so slow woth my cox modem so i wanted to try a different modem just to try it out. So i bought this and can’t beat the price. Now im getting the speed im paying for.

Set up was a snap. Simply swapping out the cables and a quick 5 min phone call to Time Warner to activate and test. That was it, now I save the $7 month lease fee on the TWC modem. Noticeably faster too!

I’ve always been very impressed with the Surfboard product. This modem was no exception. Set up was a breeze and I’m getting faster than promised internet speeds. Very impressed.

Bought this modem over 5 years ago and still working great. No having to reboot. Use this with Spectrum/Charter service and getting around 150mb download speeds with 100mb service. Was looking to upgrade my modem but could not tell speed difference between this and a newer 32 x 8 DO SIS 3.1 modem albeit I am comparing to my Internet speed plan of 100mb download. Overall still very happy with my purchase and am returning newer 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 modem as this modem still rocking along for my needs.

Highly recommend this modem. We are using wireless for TV viewing and the ARRIS - SURFboard modem has satisfied our needs - no buffering and great speed.

save money by owning the modem itself. faster speeds. small in size and doesn't take up much space which is a plus!

Did a lot of research on cable modems.... finally got this one and seems to work just fine when my ISP wants to give me the speed I am paying for.... Works as advertised, you will not be disappointed.

Works great! I got a Tp-Link router and have zero internet issues. Super easy setup! I also like the small/white size :)

The usual person will only have a 5Mb, 15Mb, or 20Mb internet speed. For those who have something like a 300Mb connection, your usual modem will not be able to handle those speeds. This modem is just the solution for those who need the best of the best internet speeds. Since I have been using this unit, I have been getting speeds up to 300Mb to 320Mb. Granted these speeds are not available everywhere but if you can get the service, get this modem. You will be glad you did.

For those with TWC 300mbps, this is a must-have! The original modem I had, I was originally told would be compatible with the 300mbps upgrade that I received. Unfortunately, the TWC reps, that told me that several times, were 100% wrong. There are only 2 modems, to my knowledge, that can handle the 300mbps. One is a modem/router combo (which I prefer not having) and there is this. Granted, it's quite a 'bit more than my other Motorola Surfboard Modem, but for those that have 300mbps (or even those that don't have it, but hope to in the future), I'd highly recommend paying the extra for this one. For some reason, it just seems more stable than the last Surfboard modem (not that it was unstable at all).

I bought this not because I was paying rent on a router but because I was so tired of getting disconnected on one device once four more were downloading things at the same time. Now I do not get disconnected but I did have to tweak the Wi-Fi router also differently. Also I have had my cable provider connect me again to the new router but it only took one phone call of 10 minutes. The improvement there is that I was constantly getting 3 to 5 megabits per second less than what I was paying. Now I get 2 to 3 more than what I pay for which is very good. My soon is very happy with it since he noticed his videogames run faster and we did not change the router only the cable modem.

Needed a new modem and this one met my needs. Box stated it would work with my cable provider and it was incredibly quick and easy to install and setup. Fair price too.

Just as good as the old but faster. This is actually an upgrade to a previous router I purchased. It is the same brand simply a higher spec model. Easy installation and easy troubleshooting.

Motorola-Arris SURFboard 600 is very fast and after a month usage I have not noticed any interruptions. Another strong point is no conflicts with all the equipment I have connected to the Internet.

If you're currently a slave to Comcast and tired of paying rental fees, then you can't go wrong with this modem. Works great, installs easily, and even increased my internet performance speeds.

Extremelly easy to set up and after a month, there have been zero issues and the speed of the internet is as expected. Highly recommend this purchase.

Excellent modem, highly recommended, easy to install and once that the internet carrier set it up on their system it has been working really good, save you the lease cost to the carrier........

This is a great buy for cable cutters. Works really fast. Set up takes a few minutes. I had to call my ISP (Blue Ridge) to get it online.

I found the instructions easy to follow to set up and getting it linked up to Time Warner was easy with one phone call. Unit performs well and now I don't pay rent to time Warner yeaaah!
