I've had this modem for about a month now. It was easy to set up - just had to call Charter to activate it. It's fast and dependable.

I use this modem to run a smart house on an Apple network. It is easy to set up, has good speed and consistency. I would not use anything else.

Great Modem. Installed easily and quickly. Now my internet service seems much faster and more reliable!

I needed a new modem since the one I had couldn't receive the intended 300Mps download. This has gotten up to 354Mps download, and cant argue about its price vs performance. However there are others that cost a little bit more but are a wireless router and modem in one.

I recently switched to cable internet and I needed a cable modem. This has no wireless but it doesn't matter. I connected my Google Wifi to it and that has mesh point throughout the house. I did have to do a factory reset on my Google wifi but it was a matter of minutes to do that. I'm paying for 100mbps internet. My wifi speed is minimally less on the wifi vs the direct connection. HIGHLY recommendable. *CON: The blue lights inside the modem are surprisingly bright (I honestly care less about this).

Upgraded my existing Surfboard modem for better speed. Works perfectly with Spectrun imternet. Easy setup.

great modem for the value, I believe I got it on sale, so even a better value. very small size and the white looks nice if in a visible area. easy set up

I bought this modem to replace the one I had been paying $ 8.00 per month for from Time Warner. Setup was very easy and it works great. I would recommend this modem to anyone.

Easy setup, flawless performance. Replaced the modem from service provider that was constantly going off-line or failing completely. No performance issues since adding this modem.

This unit provides great speed overall. Easy setup easy use. Just called Comcast gave them some info and it was up and running. I use this in conjunction with an apple time capsule

This modem was great while it lasted. Had to replace it due to our router going out. When it came time to replace the router the next best thing was a duo modem/router cause of the price and reviews.

The Surfboard 16x4 DOCSIS modem works great with my Spectrum internet service. There are some faster models, but this one actually is known to have a low latency, so I went with this model. Furthermore, the faster models would not make an impact on my current connection speed 100Mbps. This model will still allow me to upgrade to the 300Mbps plan down the road should I choose to do so. I like owning the modem outright and not having to return anything to the cable operator should anything ever go wrong, I can just buy another one. I use them coupled with my own really nice Linksys Velop router, so the experience together is much better than what a cable company would provide.

Wanted to stop paying a rental fee for a modem so I went and bought this one. Had more than what I needed for download speeds and got it for a great price!

Very fast speed well worth it. Very easy to install and get rid of your rental unit. Don't get the all in one unit don't waste ur time, this is the best solution. I love this unit!

Bought this in lieu of the modem provided by Comcast. Easy to install, no issues with connectivity, etc. We have used this now in two different houses with no issues.

I've been using this modern for a couple of weeks now and I'm happy with it. I have optimum internet and I haven't had any issues and I'm getting great speeds out of it, pretty close to what I'm supposed to be getting which is awesome

Vey stable & fast. Doesn't run overly hot & hasn't had any hiccups whatsover. Delivers speeds to my router that I pay for from ISP. Will pay for itself in under a year...
