I've been using this modern for a couple of weeks now and I'm happy with it. I have optimum internet and I haven't had any issues and I'm getting great speeds out of it, pretty close to what I'm supposed to be getting which is awesome

Easy to set up. Works so much better than what the cable company offers. Best part it’s mine not rented.

I have this coupled to a NetGear Nighthawk AC3200 router, and I love the setup. It's fast, reliable, and I have no downtime.

I've had Motorola surfboards before. This is the best of the best. Combine this with a Netgear Night Hawk and you will have a better set up than the modem Comcast leases and pays for its self in 2 years I think, all the while giving better performance then the Comcast Modem. I get about an 18% or better performance gain over the wifi capable modem Comcast supplies.

This modem is great! It runs a little hot and the blue LED lights on the front are a bit bright but other than that, it's great.

I purchased to replace the modem that came from the cable company and was always having to reboot it. This modem is fantastic and works great with both of my Apple routers.

This is a very good modem, Small and fast and easy to setup. Got it so I could not have to pay Comcast a rental fee each month.

Needed this modem to take advantage of Time Warner's 200 or 300 MBps internet service. Although other models say they support more than 100 MBps, some cable company's can't deliver this using just 8 channels hence why you need this modem. Best Buy price matches with Amazon and on the week I purchased, I took advantage of the Price Match Promise as it was cheaper. Love Best Buy for being able to pick it up same day.

I recently purchased this for replacement/upgrade. Easy to use, only reason it is not 5 stars is because it gets hot. Does not seem to be a real problem though, but mine is kept in the open. Not sure of results if kept in an enclosed space.

Modem is fantastic. I'm saving 10 bucks a month from xfinity. Practically pays for itself. My internet speed is beyond wonders when paired with an Asus AC router.

This modem is super fast and connected right up with my Cox service. I have my Apple Airport Extreme connected to it and I am getting incredible speeds to all of my devices.

I decided to go ahead and get a modem instead of using ones from a cable provider. I was not disappointed! Modem has very reliable connection and gets very fast speeds!

Comcast/Xfinity approved. Plugged it in and it worked as expected. Embedded web server provides lots of good info to assist with debugging if needed.

I bought this for my business to avoid paying comcast lease fees on their modem. Not only is this modem smaller and lighter, its also much faster than the comcast-issued boxes. I have not experienced any downtime while using this modem like I had with comcasts box.

Got this modem when my last one stopped working - staff at the store recommended this one and he was right - it was very easy to set up / install and works great

Don't have any issues with the modem. I needed one compatible with Comcast, and it even says on the front of the box who they're compatible with. Took the guessing game away.

I got this modem since I was tired of paying my internet provider a monthly cable modem rental fee. This ting will pay for itself in no time. The speeds it's capable of are sweet! Along with an upgraded router, my internet has never been more stable or fast. It took a little bit to activate the modem (I had to call my provider to activate it and the first person I talked to had no clue about how to do this), but eventually they got it sorted out and I'm very pleased with the speeds and stability. As my internet provider increases their speeds, this modem will keep up (at least until gigabit internet comes to my area).
