I'm using the Motorola Cable Modem with Time Warner and it is totally compatible with their system. I get excellent downloads and very good uploads. Highly recommended.

My previous DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem (Motorola SB6121) wasn't able to fully accommodate the 200Mbps from my ISP. My downstream with that modem was capped at ~150MB. This new modem has more downstream channels and will satisfy any speed increases in the foreseeable future. If I'm reading the documentation correctly, this modem should cover speeds upwards of 600Mbps. As soon as I provided the MAC address to my ISP I was up and running at greater than the 200Mbps that I'm paying for.

It was easy to connect to my provider. Working better than the provider's. The best part is I own it, thus it goes where I go. Yeah!

Setup of this router was as easy as it could be. Jus call your ISP and tell them you want to activate a new modem and find the MAC by either direct connecting it to your PC/Mac or by connecting it to your router and signing into your router’s admin UI. That’s pretty much it. The bandwidth average’s my paid for service ‘speed’ when I use a wired connection and it doesn’t have any of the lag spiking or jitter issues that plague the infamous ‘puma 6’ chipset modems.

This modem was easy to set up with Comcast and has been able to maintain a signal without needing to be refreshed. Great speed for several connected devices.

I have had many modems and this one is by far a great choice. It was easy to setup and has been very dependable. I would certainly recommend this product to a friend.

I bought this to replace the modem I was renting from Time Warner. Setting this up was pretty seamless. Hooked up easy, and then I called TWC and they were able to do what they needed on their end. The only minor thing is that it took a few minutes for the wifi to work properly. No big deal, but don't be alarmed if it doesn't connect to your devices instantaneously the first time you hook it up. But since then, has been working flawlessly. Doesn't seem to be any faster than my old modem, but I think that's because TWC is restricting the flow. If I paid for fast speed, presumably it would be fast.

This modem rocks I am getting consistent speeds at or above 100 Mbps with cox premier. Ez to install. Can be used with all tears of Internet all the way up to 686 Mbps

This is a great modem and I would love to see it at it's full potential...but unfortunately my internet provider doesn't offer those speeds at my location so I only get to see about half of the power of this bad boy. Still very happy with the purchase.

Picked this modem up at Best Buy for the speed. Super easy install, TWC stumbled with it for a few minutes, but got it activated. This thing works awesome!!!

This is worth every penny. I have used Arris modem before and loved it. I needed an upgrade so decided to go with Arris again. I wanted to buy the SB6141 model which is the best out there right now. I currently have a comcast blast internet with 150 mbps plan and 6141 would have been a big upgrade. But then i decided to go with SB6183 which is higher end model for 6141. You will surely see a noticeable change to your wifi, provided you have a good router (I use Asus RT-68U). For most of you SB6141 is more than good. I wanted to be future proof so I decided to go with 6183 and its excellent.

Easy to install and connect, and great price. Will pay for itself in a few months and I am not paying my local cable company for equipment rental anymore.

this works much better than the one comcast gave me. I don't have to reset it every single week. speeds went up a little bit as well after putting this in.

Replace a Time-Warner unit with this one and have not had a problem since. The Time-Warner unit was said to be a new model but did not work with my WiFi and six connected items. I plugged it in called Spectrum and it was working in minutes. Down loads are faster and we can have 4 computers and smart TV going at the same time. Also not paying Spectrum for their modem. Easy to install and worth every penny. Get this one or the next higher rated device. Have not had a problem or a crash since I got the unit. Working perfect for 2 months.

Upgraded my old modem Doscis 2.0, bought this one from the store (only 1 left) called my provider COX, gave them the S/N and worked with no problems after 5 minutes of setting up. currently getting 10/mbs faster download speed than what i actually pay for. Motorola makes the best modems in my opinion, last one i had last 7 years, only reason it failed was due to a thunder storm. Only had it for about month but not one hiccup yet and dont expect any. It may be a tad pricey but better than renting a modem for $8-$10 a month and the max speed this can put out will make it last for at least 4-5 years.

Excellent and easy and fast to install and activate. Boots up real fast and has delivered a steady reliable signal that is faster than the amount subscribed to.
