Easy to setup and works perfect. I had trouble with older cable modem, from my internet provider, and once I set this up my internet has work much better.

The cable modem performs as advertised. Extremely fast, easy hookup, and even was acknowledged by the Comcast rep as the best one for high speed internet access

I can't recommend buying your own modem enough. Stop paying your cable company to lease it. When you buy one, it pays for itself in like 5 months. Only suggestion is to look into how to set up a purchased modem before doing so; that way you minimize internet interruptions. For Time Warner, I had to call and give them the MAC address and they activated my modem, but finding the right person to talk to took a while. But the process itself was easy. (And I demanded a box to mail my leased modem back, I will never talk into a TWC store again due to long lines).

This works great!! Saved me 120$ a year because I no longer have to rent a modem from my cable provider. Its compact and my internet runs so much faster now

My old modem was outdated. I bought this modem for a reasonable price. I am seeing download speeds up to 120 MBPS. I am a happy customer.

I moved and did not want to pay $13 a month to rent a modem, when I could buy one for $70. This modem has done great. It keeps a signal works with my router. We keep a solid signal. The tech support from Arris was great. Helped me get figure out the line issue where we are renting. I would def recommend this modem to anyone who needs a cable modem and is not on Gig Fiber. I only get 25 megs of cable internet, so this one has all the download speed we will need for many years to come.

Needed to increase my net speed and this modem can handle a lot more than i'm getting now. Easy install and no problems at all.

This modem was great while it lasted. Had to replace it due to our router going out. When it came time to replace the router the next best thing was a duo modem/router cause of the price and reviews.

Works great! The install was painless. The instructions were precise. The signal is clear throughout my home.

Quick and easy setup. I just had to call TWC to send the activation signal. Works well with the Asus wireless router for super fast speeds at 250 Mbps.

I bought this modem with the Netgear Orbi home router system, after we bought a 4k tv and found it necessary to update our router and modem. . Simple installation, work well with the Orbi, and for months, no problems. Yay!

Motorola came highly recommended to me by a trusted techie friend. Apparently Motorola modems play well with Apple products and I was planning to hook and Airport Extreme to this modem. I have 50MBps internet. Time Warner modem/router was clocking 36-42MBps from wifi. After connecting this modem and my Airport Extreme I am consistantly getting slightly over 50 Mbps over WIFI! My area is schedule to get a boost of up to 300MBps soon and this modem can handle that and more so I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend, especially if you have Apple computers.
