this unit replaces one that I rented foolishly from the cable company. The Best Buy unit is smaller, quicker and better overall. very nice.

So far so good and it was easy to set up! It’s not big and bulky so you can place it behind your tv and/or computer and it wouldn’t be so noticeable.

Worked great with Spectrum. Had no issues seeing it up and getting it to work.

I am was not familiar with modems but purchased the Motorola Arris SURFboard 600 series DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem to replace the modem I was renting from Time Warner Cable. It works great! Have been using it for 1 month and works like a charm. Returned my old modem to Time Warner Cable and now save $8.00 per month.

Previous Arris got zapped during the Easter tornado and of course, due to "Covid closings" we were in dire straits to get daughter back online to finish her semester requirements. Thanks to the Hattiesburg Best Buy team for answering our call so we could drive up, request item, wait about 5 minutes for item, and then pay - all without getting out of our vehicle. Saved us time and got a much needed upgrade with this Arris!

This little guy is quite, fast and does not overheat. It is the latest and greatest for Comcast service and works flawlessly.

I bought this to replace a 10 year old modem I purchased my 1st modem years ago wen all in one modem / routers were still few and far between. I'm happy with my router and it has a few more ars of geek squad protection s when my old router quit working I researched this modem and it was the least expensive Xfinity compatible modem. it was a quick setup and now i get the full speed that i pay for and wasn't getting with the old modem. i

I bought this because several family members had one, it was a very easy Install and I’m happy with the performance of it.

I always stick with this brand of modem. My old one SB6141 went dead after 2-3+ years so I went with this one. Im only using it on a 75mbps connection (getting around 90) from comcast. If youre looking for something with no frills and you can rely on to work 100% of the time this is the modem for you. I also pc game online, stream 4k content, while roommates are streaming and gaming at the same time and it is always stable.

My old cable modem couldn't connect to the Internet anymore so I found this one on sale that is compatible with Xfinity. Registered this modem and I have been really happy with it!

Great modem at a great price. Super easy to install. Much faster then the modems Time Warner supplies---and there is no monthly charge!

Nice reliable modem, but runs hot. overall reliable runs forever without having to restart.

Using it with a cable provider. Runs a lot faster. The led are a little bright and no way to adjust them. A very good substitute for the box my cable provider wants to rent me.

Just subbed it in for my 8 channel ARRIS and the speed increase was noticeable. Works great without any glitches.

This modem has been realize, and has great speeds, but the lights are too bright. I have it connected in the living room where my TV is, and its a little bothersome. I've gotten used to it, but just thought I'd mention it.

I upgraded my internet service and this modem worked great the first time. It brought our home into the gaming level my son required.

It is capable of any speeds my provider has and will handle future upgrades. Reliable connection.
