Quick and easy set up. Did not automatically register with the cable company but made a quick call to activate. Works great!!

My internet is faster than ever! Fortunately this modem does not have the Puma 6 chip and is very reliable.

I upgraded to 150 Mbps internet and my old modem wasn't able to reach that speed, this one hits it every time and is reliable.

Went at the last minute before closing. It was actually the wrong modem but no one told me. Ladyon phone rude. Product is compatible with separate wifi router. Works like a charm

Power outage ruined my old modem. Geek Squad gladly tested old modem and confirmed it needed to be replaced. This modem is a slight upgrade to the old modem, but it is the same size and fits in a small space in a closet. Installation instructions were easy to understand and product worked after activation (Telling Spectrum MAC ID). Purchased 2 year warranty from Best Buy.

Before, I rentted my time warmner modem and had a 20mb down and 3mb up connection. I was getting about 12/13mb test speeds and 1.5mb up. With the purchase, I now save $7/month and I'm now exceeding my allotted speeds....I'm now getting 22mb down and 3.5mb up....very satisfied with the results. This has more bondable channels than most other modems out there...which means it has the capability to handle higher bandwidths. I know I'm under-utilizing my new modem...just have to justify a speedier plan.

Replaced Optimum's arris 8x4 Docsis 3.0 and saved $10 each month. Just as fast and much smaller form factor. Instructions on optimum helped with the installation online without having to call up optimum. The installation online only required the MAC address which was labeled clearly with the product

This modem was very easy to install and it works well with my optimum service. So far I have had no issues.

After TWC started charging lease fees for the modem I had been using for 10 years I decided I had to do something. Bottom line is that I ended up getting the SB6183 modem and an upgraded router. The speed increase and throughput improved markedly. Even better when TWC doubled the speeds there was another boost in performance. I will be good for several more boosts before this modem would need to be replaced. This is a wise choice for someone demanding very high speed internet access.
