It is a simply plug and play. Supported by COX. Mines stopped working after a year. I think i was just unlucky but otherwise great product.

Compatible with Comcast internet and easy to setup with the Google router.

The cable company was billing me monthly for a cable modem so I did my research and found the Arris surfboard 600 was compatible with optimum. Plugged it in and it worked great from the start. I did have to call optimum to make the final connection. Just a tip, if you going to replace your optimum cable modem make sure you buy one with DOCSIS 3.0

This modem gives me very quick internet speed in my house. The price was very good.

This will pay for itself in less than a year with the savings from your cable bill. Comcast (xfinity) charges around $10/mo to "rent" their modem. You can purchase this modem and install it in a matter of a few minutes, then spend 30 minutes or so on the phone with Comcast to get it activated. Comcast needs to put in the unique ID of the modem into their system in order for it to work. No issues with this modem on Comcast/xfinity.

Decided to get our own cable modem because we are tired of Suddenlink and their stupid charges. We researched what we needed. We went to the store in Tyler and the guy recommended this one. We got it installed and I called suddenlink to activate it and it works very well. And I get the speeds I am supposed to get and PAY for. None of the suddenlink equipment would do that. Highly recommend.

Replaced an out of support modem. Price/value excellent. Speed as well as reliability of internet connection to router improved.

I bought this modem about a month ago and it works very good. I had a leased modem before (do not remember the model number) and that would not run Two TVs running HD streaming simultaneously. After changing to this modem, I was able to stream HD videos for two and more TVs simultaneously. in addition to that, I ran a speed test and got exactly what the TWC technician quoted. I was able to achieve a full 55Mbs. It is a well spent equipment for the amount of Internet that I use,

Great DOCSIS 3 cable modem -- was going to go with the newer DOCSIS 3.1 model, but it was about $100 more, and my ISP can't push those "gigabit" speeds yet, anyway -- I've had Motorola SB modems since about 2002, and they are the best there is, for regular HSI over coax -- reliable -- LEDs are not too crazy bright -- 16 channels down, 4 up -- great speeds -- plug and play (after calling ISP to have them provision) -- recommended

Works well with my Cox internet, with a download speed of 129 Mbps. It runs hotter than my previous modem, so it can double as a hand warmer. I just hope it has a good lifespan.
