This modem worked great and handles the cox ultimate internet speeds just fine. I don't believe anything was wrong with the modem but cox was having issues getting me the full speeds. I returned only because cox tried to blame the issue on the modem. The new modem I bought presented the same issues and once cox fixed their issues the new one worked great and I imagine this one would have to.

This modem was quick and easy to set up. Processed our wireless needs effortlessly.

It is really compact in size and I have not had a problem from it yet.

I set up this modem and couldn’t get access to internet even though the lights were green. Called into Cox and it turns out they have to register it. After that was done I immediately had good internet and getting high speeds consistently. It works great with my new Netgear router. I’m really glad I switched from my Netgear modem/router to a separate modem and router.

I used to use the modem my cable provider provided me with, and with switching to this, I rarely have to a) reset my connection b) waste time on the phone regarding connectivity issues and c) troubleshoot why my wifi doesn't work. Worth every penny!

Got this so I could stop paying Time Warner Cable $10 (newly raised from $8) per month for leasing a modem. Setting it up took less than 10 minutes, and a quick call activated the modem. Rebooted my router and I was set.

I cant say much about this item but what others have already mentioned. This little router is a beast! I instantly felt a difference (so did speedtest) when i switched off my internet providers router. My games feel smoother and lagging isnt terrible anymore!
