Modem seems fast enough and capable of everything i need, streaming movies through firestick, xbox gaming, emails and being on the web, sometimes with multiple users. No problems with setup, only thing ive had to do is regularly turn power off and back on to get reconnected, problem hasn't been bad enough that ive needed to dig into the reason and try fixing, could be an issue outside of the modem, and more an issue with router or service provider, so device seems like a good product for my use.

Great Modem small and sleek works great, no problems

Got this to save the $10.00 monthly fee TW is now charging for their cable modem. It works like advertised and faster cable speed than original modem. Installation no problem must call TW to have it on their system and the old modem still in place with no charge. If this is how your set is configured you will need a cable splitter and short cable. It also require a power outlet

This modem offers docsis 3 speeds and reliability. Doubled my speeds.

I was very hesitant prior to buying this device because of previous issues with a modem/router I had purchased of the same brand. After speaking with some reps at Best Buy I decided to proceed (both said many modem/router combos have issues and would not recommend them.) I have been using this for about 3 weeks with a Netgear 2400 router with no issues at all. I only give this 4 stars because of the lights. They are very bright and this can be aggravating in the middle of the night.

If you have a cable provider that has a package fast enough to utilize this modem, it will work great for you. I was surprised that despite being 3x faster than my original modem, it still manages do so using only 9 watts of power. I was able to activate on my account and was surfing the web in minutes.

I purchased it because i got tired of renting their modem. Had theres for over 4 yrs and didnt realize i could save if i bought my own. If i bought my own from Day one I'd of saved me at least 360 and thats after modem paid itself off. Works great nice speed donylt lag up like what i had before. I advise you to purchase it after the fisrt year of use you save yourself so much

Purchased this to replace the cable modem I was leasing from my cable company. Very easy to set up and has been up and running without issue since the day I set it up. With 16 channels down and 8 channels up, this modem will be able to handle the highest bandwidth my ISP can provide and will pay for itself in a few months by eliminating the monthly lease fee I was paying.

This was part of my cable cutting. I went with one level up from base comcast internet. I connected to an orbi system 4 months ago and it all works great. Speed seems faster than with my all in one comcast modem/router. Of course, be sure to spring for a good wifi router to go with it. Way better than cable equipment and save $12 a month

I bought this because my ISP recommended that I replace my leased modem because I was/am having issues with my internet. Originally I bought a SB6141, but returned it because the cable company told me that it's on their "end of life" list. While the issues I'm having are on my ISP's end, this modem has been rock solid, and I no longer pay my ISP to borrow theirs. Win/win.

Seems to handle high speeds. Easy to install. Good instructions.
