Easy to install and setup. working good and performs well when streaming.

I researched of bunch of others and went with this one. Not much really to say other than it works great. It's been up and running since I plugged it in and activated it with Comcast with no issues. 10.00 dollars off my bill every month is good too.

First of all, check with your internet provider for compatible brand and model with their system. If one has basic wire connection concept, this unit can be setup in 5 minutes. So far so good. I hope that it will last. There is an extra bonus. The bright indicator lights can serve as night lights.

Replaced a 2-in-1 modem supplied by the cable company with this Arris modem paired with a Netgear Nighthawk wireless router and the difference is night and day. Super fast and have had no issues whatsoever. Plenty of bandwith for a 2,300 sf home with 2-4 users on at a time.

I read many reviews and compared models. This one is the best for the average user / gamer. The up and down speeds are fast and go well with my Internet speed from my ISP which is 50mbs down & 10 up. The next model up is if you pay have the faster connection to take advantage of the 100 mbs or your just wasting money. I would stick with one. Stable and performs great.

Speed and connection seems to be fine. Issues with printer connecting. Not sure if that the printer or WiFi. But can’t complain

This was a great purchase. At first I thought I needed the more expensive model but the BB staff informed me that this should be adequate. She was right! After having the nightmare of AT&T U-Verse for a couple of years we finally switched to TWC. Then we needed a little boost. Oh Yea!!! Great purchase. We didn't know internet could work so fast and so good!

My computer was not functional and after calling my internet provider, I realized I needed a new modem. Drove directly to Best Buy. I purchased this one because it looked compact and I wanted a quality brand name. It was very easy to install and is is not an eye sore. Would recommend it to anyone.

Easy to install. Works great. Replaced an older one that stopped working.

Great unit. Only frustration is that it has only one network outlet on the back; the old one I replaced had two. I found a work-around. The comcast unit also had a hidden antenna inside to offer an xfinity hotspot in the area. That disappeared now, in favor of my own guest network. One quirk: it has a bright blue glow!

This modem is the right one I was looking for. It is fast and reliable.
