My connection speed tested at 59.4 Mbps download and 12.2 Mbps upload. This thing is FAST. I had connection problems with Comcast, my ISP. Comcast couldn't figure it out. But when I got the Motorola/Arris folks on the line they confirmed the health of the modem and actually diagnosed Comcast's problem for them. Then they told the Comcast service technicians what to fix!

I love this cable modem it works great. And I'm getting 25% more speed through my cable provider which is TWC and it works really well with my Apple AirPort Extreme Router. Don't walk to your neaoBest Buy store RUN to your nearest Best Buy store you won't be disappointed. It's a little pricy but Motorloa/Arris also has an awesome customer service easy to set up.

I bought anArris SURFboard 600 Series Docsis 3.0 cable modem to replace a 5 year old SURFboard. Performance was ok until I also replaced a 10 year old router. With the 2 new components, the speed difference between the old and the new was dazzling. If you are replacing your modem and you have an old router, I highly recommend the investment in both.

I've always loved motorola modems. This is the third one i have purchased and not because they have broken down but because i've needed multiple ones from different places. I've had motorola modems for over 5 years now and i will continue to buy them in the future. Great modem, great price(cheeping then renting one from the big cable company's in the long run).

I have 350 download speeds and this router outputs the easily. I have it shooting downstream for Ethernet to be split by a router and then into a mesh wifi system supplying internet to a fairly large house. If you are looking to get a good cable modem for under $100 this is the one for you.

This modem is a no brainer. Very easy.. just plug it in, call BH with the SN and MAC, and BAMMM!! you're up and running. I honestly did not see speed difference from the BH cable modem. I bought this due to the lack of port forwarding/DMZ/ and other setting which were locked/blocked on the BH modem/router. Once this guy was installed, everything worked just fine.

I wanted to save $10/mo modem fee so I got this one. I have optimum 200 service and I get 180 mbps on 5G wifi network which I am very surprised and satisfied. I am glad I got it and I should start saving money soon. I should've got my own modem years ago. I highly recommend it.

I was Internet and cable less after a storm and Time Warner was going to take 4 days to fix it. So I took. Trip to Best Buy and an associate guided me to what to purchase after his explicit information I purchased a new Modem & Router and my internet and cable are up and running. Best investment, and now I don't have to pay time warner for rental.

My old modem and wireless router were getting pretty old. I spent a good while looking at different reviews and models. This seems like the very best, easily available modem out there. I am pretty sold on Motorola equipment at this point. Anyway, modems are much easier to install and set up than they were even a couple of years ago. I have absolutely no complaints.

Took about 30 min on the phone with Cox, and multiple reboots during that process, but the ul/dl speeds are much faster than the modem Cox provided. It will take a little over a year to pay for itself since I don't have to pay the rental fee. very stable, so far I have only had to restart it once, and that may have been due to a Cox outage. Very happy I switched.
