Really easy to set up. My Internet is much faster now.

The Arris Surfboard has replaced my Optimum rented modem. It is not only better than the modem provided by Optimum but it pays for itself in less than a year. I have been renting a modem for Optimum for 10 years and wished that I had purchased this item sooner.

Great, compact, affordable product that quickly pays for itself. Cable company’s charge a rental fee for modems usually around $10.00 per month. This little guy is a great way to avoid monthly rental fees and own your own modem.

I bought this to use with cox communication. It's on thier list of approved modems but they wouldn't let me use it. I got it cause I know the brand and ARRIS PRODUCTS have never let me down before. I didnt get to use it but I set it up and it was easy 1 2 3.

It’s doesn’t get any easier than this. This is strictly a cable modem. This is exactly what I was looking for. I already had a high end wireless router I am very pleased with. I get over 120mb connection. My old modem I was lucky to get 50mb.

Great product! Be sure to activate it properly with your service provider and let them test your speed while activating it. My service provider didn’t do it properly and I wasn’t getting the optimal internet speed that I’m was paying for.

This is the top of the line modem for this company. It has 16 lines for downloads, so it allows more devices to use the maximum download speed of your provider. I have used the Motorola Surfboard products since the 1990s and have never had an issue with them. Rarely do I have to reset them and this one I have yet to have to reset it.

Purchased this Arris modem to replace the cable modem supplied by Comcast. Setup with the Ethernet cable and laptop took about 5 minutes. No more $11.00 a month Comcast fee. Great speed, upload and download speeds vastly improved. Also previously had updated my router to get better speed and coverage.

Works as advertised! Smaller size! No complaints :)

I recently upgraded to this modem in order to accommodate the Time Warner Cable upgrade to MAXX in my area. Immediately upon upgrading to this router, I instantly noticed 5MB speed increase even at my current 30MB band. Once my TWC upgrade came in last week, I now notice speeds of 217mb+ even while allotted only 200mb speed.

This is very fast and like the slim style of this modem.

Great high speed modem. Don't freak out when it looks like the green lights turn white. The blue send/receive lights wash out the green color. I called Motorola and they told me this was normal. I told them it would be a good notice to add to their included paperwork.

Please get this modem. It works for Optimum online. Do not get the SB6190 32x8 - does not work with Optimum. Once plugged in, customer service can see the modem right away and provisioned it. Fast and now no more $10 rental fees.
