Excellent product, easy set up and works proficiently.

Great product! Be sure to activate it properly with your service provider and let them test your speed while activating it. My service provider didn’t do it properly and I wasn’t getting the optimal internet speed that I’m was paying for.

It’s doesn’t get any easier than this. This is strictly a cable modem. This is exactly what I was looking for. I already had a high end wireless router I am very pleased with. I get over 120mb connection. My old modem I was lucky to get 50mb.

Purchased this modem to update/upgrade my older modem and this worked flawlessly with my Comcast service. Simple to get connected/activated after just a few minutes and has been working without issue since (Bonus: bumped up my internet speed from previous generation modem, which allowed 8x4 channel bonding)

I bought this based on positive reviews to replace my previous version of the same brand. I had it for years and it seems to have been hit by the electrical storm so I replaced it. I didn't see a better product available so I stayed with this one. I would recommend unplugging during storms with lightning to be on the safe side.

Perfect swap out with my Optimum Cablevision Modem. Register the new modem via the optimum website. This will take a few minutes. Make sure you reset your router after installing the modem. (Does not support optimum voice/phone service)

Never over pay for internet model rentals, with ARRIS you will always have a reliable internet modem, and avoid paying monthly fees for comcast, or mediacomb. Will always use Arris paired with my Eero Pro Mesh systems.

Purchased this Arris modem to replace the cable modem supplied by Comcast. Setup with the Ethernet cable and laptop took about 5 minutes. No more $11.00 a month Comcast fee. Great speed, upload and download speeds vastly improved. Also previously had updated my router to get better speed and coverage.

Please get this modem. It works for Optimum online. Do not get the SB6190 32x8 - does not work with Optimum. Once plugged in, customer service can see the modem right away and provisioned it. Fast and now no more $10 rental fees.

This is the top of the line modem for this company. It has 16 lines for downloads, so it allows more devices to use the maximum download speed of your provider. I have used the Motorola Surfboard products since the 1990s and have never had an issue with them. Rarely do I have to reset them and this one I have yet to have to reset it.

Works as advertised! Smaller size! No complaints :)

I recently upgraded to this modem in order to accommodate the Time Warner Cable upgrade to MAXX in my area. Immediately upon upgrading to this router, I instantly noticed 5MB speed increase even at my current 30MB band. Once my TWC upgrade came in last week, I now notice speeds of 217mb+ even while allotted only 200mb speed.
