I've used this modem in several places now, and it's the cream of the crop as far as reliability goes. Never had an issue with one of them. If they have an internet connection and power they''' work forever

This is very fast and like the slim style of this modem.

Great high speed modem. Don't freak out when it looks like the green lights turn white. The blue send/receive lights wash out the green color. I called Motorola and they told me this was normal. I told them it would be a good notice to add to their included paperwork.

Speed improved greatly . Easy to install. Would recommend.

I'm using this with Spectrum and their 400 Mbps plan. I am able to get those speeds and sometimes more with no issues. The modem works flawlessly and was relatively easy to set up with Spectrum.

You can't go wrong with this modem. I have about 4 of these running in the field all of which have been rock solid. Almost never needs rebooting and the speeds are super fast and stable. I would highly recommend this modem.

Great modem, easy installation. Small light weight

With Time Warner now charging $10/month for a cable modem lease, I thought it was time to buy my own. After doing a lot of research I chose this modem, and an excellent choice it was. I now regularly get anywhere from 10-15Mbps higher than the level I'm paying for with this modem compared to the one that was provided by TWC.

Switched from a Cox modem that never really worked very well. Ended up buying in the Scottsdale Store with some great help from a very knowledgeable employee. He suggested this model for my needs and I am very pleased as the modem was terrific. Got a great price and a modem that works great.

As far as performance this thing works just fine. Small and very easy set up with my ISP. Here’s why I give it 2 stars. This is my second unit. I had purchased 1 set it up and had it going. Ran to do some errands and come back home about an hour later and it was not working. All the status lights were solid so I unplugged it to rest it. After restoring power all the lights stayed solid and it would not reboot. My 2nd unit has been a champ since this first failure. Here is my 2nd Big Con on the device. The modem is located in my bedroom. This thing is extremely bright. Normally you would only get light from the status displays on the face. But this thing has very bright internal blue LED’s that literally light up my entire room. It’s very annoying and I’m scared to cover up the sides because the housing Has a bunch of little holes I’m sure for cooling. Again this doesn’t affect performance but be warned if you need total darkness for sleep and your modem is in your room this device is not for you.

Easy to setup, fast, no problems at all after a couple months. Speeds are as good as they get and we haven't had to deal with constant slowdowns like with our previous modem. I wish we had gotten this years ago but at least we have it now!

I recently purchased this modem because I was tired of using the slow speed of my cable provider's slow modem/router.I already had already previously purchased a router, so this is exactly what I needed. Small and simply easy to set-up and has excellent range covering all areas of the house (both upstairs and downstairs).

Arris - SURFboard 600 Series Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem - White Was used for Time Warner extreme connection, which is due to be upgraded from 50mb to 300mb. Submitted MAC to time warner, instantly connected and been on for the couple months without issue.

Can't ask for more than that. Have had no issues with comcast on this thing. Plugged it in, called comcast had them do their magic on their end, and I was getting my rated speed and back in business. Have had it over a year now without problems.

Had to replace my SB6141 which I really liked as well. Picked up this modem as the 6141 was out of stock. Figures... This modem offered a higher channel stream count and it does appear to be a bit quicker than its predecessor. So far its lived up to its promises!

Reliable, easy to install, good through output, compact.

Have direct tv, 3 xbox one's and 2 tablets all running wifi from a wireless router. The modem from cox was unable to keep up w the demand. Downloads would take hours. I bought this do to the promise of faster speeds and it delivered. 30 min downloads.also quick internet surding and downloads. Great product, def recommend!
