This is one of the best on the market. Download speeds are great and multiple channels for larger household. Have a young gamer in the house so works well for him and all the other kids are able to stream videos and search web for homework in no time. prior had ATT basic modem and would have lag times due to multiple devices.

Great modem for a casual household. Easy to set up and there was a significant speed difference than the stock one provided by our ISP. We're paying for 100 mbps, but only getting about half the speed through the stock one. Definitely recommend pairing with Netgear nighthawk router.

I recently bought this modem in order to return the one I was renting from Cox. The speed is excellent on this, it's perfect for home use, I haven't had an issue with it yet. It works, it's fast, and no longer will they tack extra charges on my monthly bill.

This ARRIS - DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem works as advertised (what a concept...!). I stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. No glitches, and interruptions in service. Well worth the price. I'm using this with Spectrum service. My only con is the lights on the front of this device are a bit BRIGHT.

Works great! Why pay Time Warner the $8 monthly fee? In one year you make your money back. If you have the TWC modem for 5 years, that's $480! Crazy and now they want will charge you for using their digital converter for EACH television. Buy a Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, etc. instead of giving them MORE money.

This modem really delivers the high internet speed promoted by my service provider. In addition the modem has convenient front end lights that indicate a general level of the upload and download speeds that my system is experiencing. The price may be a little high relative to other retailers who sell this model.

Cheap and works great! Simple setup and no issues with connections.

First, I have always been a fan of Motorola Surfboard cable modems. This one has proved to me why. Our local cable network - COX - upgraded their speed, and I had to upgrade my modem to take advantage of it. *Everything* is much faster to load/download/upload.

It's a great modem, and it does exactly what it needs to do. We wanted to upgrade to DOCSIS 3.0, and this modem happened to be only $10 more than the SB6141 model. $10 and it's capable of double the speed, so I'm happy (even if our actual internet is nowhere near capable of these speeds yet, it's good to have!)

Used in a business setting and got rid of the cox combined modem wireless point. Unfortunately Cox where I am doesn't support DOCSIS 3.1 yest butt still plenty of speed. We are using this modem, fed to a Watchguard firebox firewall and then using a Ubiquit wirelss access point and all works great.

Run at specifications it states. No issues so far. If buying as a replacement for the one you are renting from your internet provider, look for the approved list of models first. Once you install it, give them a call and they will activate it for your network. It won't work until you call them most of the time

After doing lot of research i finally purchased this modem. Installation was pretty easy. No need to call comcast for installation. Just connect to cable and open browser on laptop and enter comcast login and you are all set. Its been over a month now and i didn't find any issues. Go ahead and purchase this.

Prior to buying this unit, I was experiencing multiple TV and Internet failures. I replaced cable modem/router combinations again and again. Now with this dedicated internet modem no more disconnect errors, no more resetting router/modem combination - no more calls to the cable company. Totally satisfied with this equipment.
