I was looking for higher speed modem as I have upgraded to 300Mb speed and the old modem was not supporting more than 150. I was not sure that this will satisfy the need. This works like charm. It supports upto 600. Great product and worth for the money. So far no issues

Fantastic and worked perfectly out of the box. Check your cable provider's requirements carefully before buying a modem, but at least you'll not have to pay a modem rental fee anymore. Modem rentals are extremely lucrative for Internet providers, so self-insure and stop paying rental fees.

This modem is perfect for what I needed. I upgraded my speed with Cox Communications to the 150Mbps package, and my previous modem (SB6120) would max out around 90Mbps. Upgraded to this modem and I can regularly get about 170-190Mbps. I paired this with the NETGEAR - Nighthawk DST AC1900

This thing flies. I've pinged multiple destinations repeatedly without any issues. Great speed, it will handle almost anything your ISP can throw at it. I've chosen the standalone modem over the modem/router combo because it's more future-proof than the others I've been looking at. great deal!

bought this as my old modem wasn't giving all my bandwidth. after calling cable one and giving the mac address got on and wow twice as fast as before. if you have the 200 mbps cableone download speed this is a must. plug it in call your provider to register this mac then your good easy peasy.

Bought this modem to replace the loaners one the cable company provided for 8 bucks a month. Faster speeds, and more options for even faster speeds, plus the white looks clean and fresh and at 130.00, you get your moneys worth and than some versus paying for the one the cable company loans out.

So glad we gave Optimum back their equipment and invested in our own. It has made such a difference in our connection. It’s nice to no longer be ripped off with a monthly “rental” fee for terrible equipment/service.

Definitely has worked and paid for itself now. Do not rent theirs, buy your own. This unit will not work if I go super speed, but I have 300 megabit now and it works fine. Even when I get more than that.

Awesome compatibility, easy install. Would recommend for ease of use. But only 3 stars cause our Internet service has been shaky and slow since installation. Our Web pages hesitate upon loading, videos hiccup when streaming. This was supposed to be an upgrade from my old cisco modem that was like 8 years old. But I'm not seeing any improvement yet.

Get this equipment and future-proof your download speeds when your provider raises them. In my case TWC, only provides up to 50 mbps down but will eventually raise them to 300 mbps down. This modem is able to handle that and in my case gave me an additional +2 mbps more than my providers' modem.

If you are running a modem and router separately, you'll have great speed and a reliable connection with this modem. Speedtest with TWC turbo Internet was 24mbps download, 2.8 upload. Before buying, look into a modem/router combo first. A combo is cheaper than buying the units separately.

This Arris Surfboard is terrific. It's coupled with a netgear router and is super with my 200mbs xfinity wi-fi service. Reaches out to the backyard, a distance of about 100 feet, maybe it would go farther, I haven't tried.

This modem is recommended by Comcast for fast internet connection. It does seem to work well.

I recently moved and was unhappy with the modem/router combo units that Time Warner Cable provided. I decided to purchase my own modem and use a router I already had. So far I have had no issues with the Arris modem and it has worked swimmingly. Will stay with them from now on for sure!

I am not very tech savvy and was able to set this up with ease. This was the product recommended to us by the store employee and I am happy with his recommendation. I came home and set it up within ten minutes. Highly recommend.

Works great. Only needed to reboot a couple of times and those may have been ISP issues instead of modem. Much more reliable than the modem it replaced that needed frequent reboots.

This Modem works great and easy to set up. Waited too long to make this decision and it will pay for itself in 12 months. I paid Time Warner 11.00 dollars a month for over 10 years. . Call your cable company to see what modems work with their network and start saving money. Do the math.

We were like renting and paying 10$ monthly for this and finally decided to purchase our own. This is definitely a great product! We've been using this for like 2 months already and we have no problem at all. Good stuff right here.
