Works Great, have it set up with a nighthawk r7000 router. By just exchanging the cable modem from Bright House (Echo Modem) I have increased me wireless speeds by 5 mbs. The only thing that might bother some people is the blue lights, they are very bright in a darker environment.

When I first opened the box of this modem, my first thought was this was not going to go well....the modem is so small. Apparently, size doesn't matter in modems, at least. This modem is a great performer. I've been very pleased, and recommend you consider this mighty mite.

Decided to give in and purchase my own Modem vs pay for TWC. It was a great decision. Quick speeds for streaming, surfing and gaming. Would not change a thing with this purchase. Paid roughly $6 per month for used modem from TWC. Will pay for itself a little over a year.

This was the best cable modem on the market when I purchased it. DOCSIS 3.0 with 16 download and 4 upload channels. Does not overheat or require restarts. I recommend it hands down especially if you want to take advantage of faster internet speeds provided by your cable company.

I just purchased this model to replace my cable company supplied unit and so far it is plug and play and problem free. I only wish it was black as it really stands out amongst my equipment. So far with this model I haven't had to reset even once to reestablish connection.

This is good have had no problems with it and my internet is good.

We had problems with the modem a couple of times so it was suggested getting our own. We spoke with an employee of Best Buy and he recommended this one after we told him what the set up was at home and we are very happy. Our Internet is faster. Highly recommend this.

I upgraded my modem because Comcast told me my old one was holding me back. I imagine they wanted to sell or rent me one of theirs. However, I did take their advice and they were right. My download speed has increased dramatically. Even my kids noticed the difference.

So I first bought the cheaper version of this modem. I had to return it because my internet connect from Comcast was listed at 250 but was actually getting 363 at it was only able to handle 343. THIS MODEM CAN HANDLE UPTO 673 !!! Great speed and no choke point here!!

I purchased this modem for my Spectrum internet. I was sick of paying them $4/month for their equipment. I just hooked it up and called Spectrum tech to activate. It was very quick and easy. Modem is most reliable on the market.

Great modem and very easy to hook up and get installed. One of the recommended ones from my Internet Provider, so that played a big part in my purchase as well as the recommendation from the Best Buy salesman. Very happy with the purchase.

Does what a modem does...I really like the displays and the color coding. Was extremely easy to setup and was up and running within 15 mins. My cable company wanted to charge $5 a month to rent a lesser modem...it pays for itself in less than 2 years and I get to keep it!

I have 100/10 service with the local cable company and haven't had any issues with any disconnects or loss of service. The lights are pretty bright on this thing - and since its white, they also shine through the plastic on the side. But that's only a minor complaint.

Easy to set up. Hasn't required any resetting or troubleshooting since I installed it.

Purchased this item because Comcast suggested as a unit that would work with their system, Sam the associate we had worked with previously recommended another sales associate that concurred this would be an appropriate unit to purchase.

To be honest, I don't even know how to explain what I don't like about it. It works and it works well. We've always used combo modems/routers from cable companies. Big difference having the best modem and router. I highly recommend this modem.

The product has preformed very well since it was installed. The modem works very well and has an enhanced speed that connects me to the internet. When down loading files or listing to programs I experience no delay.

I finally get speeds I am paying for set up was easy you do have to call Comcast

It works with Cox Internet which is good if you have the service. I have a 50MB download plan and it’s working well with it. Not sure about higher internet speed plans

I used this product for a couple of days before it just stopped working altogether, I am sure it was just a defect though. It was very easy to use and set up. I ended up using the modem from my ISP because it was free and they shipped one to my house regardless of the fact I didn't select that option.
