The modem is being used with Time Warner Cable service. I have noticed that I receive speeds higher than the service i am paying for. Excellent purchase consistent delivery of what the product promises.

I used this product for a couple of days before it just stopped working altogether, I am sure it was just a defect though. It was very easy to use and set up. I ended up using the modem from my ISP because it was free and they shipped one to my house regardless of the fact I didn't select that option.

It works with Cox Internet which is good if you have the service. I have a 50MB download plan and it’s working well with it. Not sure about higher internet speed plans

I was tired of paying $12 a month to rent a modem from Time Warner and this one fit the bill perfectly. Will pay for itself in less than a year and with the protection plan I never have to worry. Easy to setup and has great range. I can finally browse the web in my backyard!

I was tired of TWC screwing me outta my money on a rental cable modem. This product saved me an extra $15.00 a month in rentals and FCC fees. My internet is working top notch now.TWC equipment is garbage! Do yourself a favor and get this modem and save some $$$$$!

Unfortunately had a lightning strike at my house and had to replace my cable modem. I rented one from Cox, but was tired of paying for it each month. This was the best modem for the price I could find. If you are replacing your modem with Cox, you will need to call in and have the old one swapped to the new one on your account.

Bought to replace a seven year old similar modem. This works great for us - we are not gamers and we use our internet primarily for work and school. Easy to set up. No problems so far.

You bought this particular unit for one of my clients. It's very reliable, requiring minimal configuration. It doesn't have WiFi, which is a good thing, as I prefer to use other WiFi Routers.

Does it’s job! Replaced an older surfboard modem and nearly doubled my speed. Did t really pay attention to the fact that I wasn’t getting the speed I was paying for until I got this modem. Very pleased!

Works great with comcast. Super easy setup. If you are renting from your ISP stop. The modem/router they give you is garbage. Buy a modem and a decent router and they pay for themselves buy you not paying the ISP's absurd rental fees

Outstanding. Made the purchase to end my monthly rental of the equipment from the cable company. Pays for itself in a year. It also works much better than the cable company equipment. Highly recommend.

The Arris Docsis 3.0 modem is an excellent modem. It is paired with a Linksys Max Stream AC1900 router and both work great together. This modem can easily push speeds over 300Mbs.

This is a great modem ... it replaced an older 6141 that did not support the speed of my upgraded TWC plan. Called Time Warner to set it up and was enjoying smoking fast dowload speeds within a few minutes. It's been running for several weeks now -- no issues at all.

It’s a modem and doesn’t freeze up. Compared to other cable provider modems I’ve used and hated in the past, this one is exceptional. I’ve had it since March and have never had to reset it once.

This cable model was recommended as a replacement for one we purchased a few years ago. Since my husband did the installation, our internet has been much better and is much more reliable. Guess the old one was just worn out.

This Modem is excellent thus far. We have had it installed for a month or so on Comcast service and have no complaints. It is lightening fast, no hesitations noticed. Also, we have an Apple time Capsule serving as the wifi router and have had no compatibility issues.
