Wow, I purchased this cable modem as a replacement for my DSL modem and what a difference! It installed without a hitch and I'm now wondering why I hadn't made the change earlier. I'm running it with the Linksys WRT1900AC Wi-Fi Router and they make a great combo!

I recently switched to cable internet and decided to buy this modem rather than lease one, since it will pay for itself in 6 months. The Comcast installer was familiar with it and it set up easily. So far it's been reliable.

This is one of the few units that TWC supports on 300mbps. Don't be fooled by the other versions saying they will do up to 300mbps, they don't have enough downstream channels and aren't supported at those speeds. This thing is rock solid stable and super fast.

Previously tried an ARRIS SB 6141 modem which worked well for several months and then started providing very spotty intenet access. I was told that the 6141 was adequate for our needs, but we tried the upgrade with outstanding results. No issues now (yet)!

I'm so glad I purchased this modem almost a year ago. I no longer have to pay comcast a rental fee, and this modem makes my service faster than comcast has agreed to provide. It has increased my speed by about 20-25Mb download. Can't argue with that.

A power surge zapped my old modem, so I needed a quick replacement. Best Buy to the rescue. They had the one I wanted in stock. Within an 30 minutes of returning home, i had hooked it up and my Internet provider had activated it. Amazingly quick & easy.

Had been using this for almost two months already and it works great. No issues and really happy with the speed. I have TWC with 50MB speed and this has a capability up to 300MB for future upgrade.

Not being a total tech guru, I had one of my close friends who's a computer programmer help me pick a new modem for my home. I'm a single guy who had an OLD modem. I've now made a huge upgrade and I am SO happy with my internet speeds since. Recommended.

Been using for nearly two years with no problems. Our internet was also much faster with this modem than the one from our ISP.

It was Very easy to install and have not had any problems at All with the modem unit... I would be very happy to have my friends and recommend it to them at any time..it always works very well with my Orbitel cable system..my brother and his friends said they were going to stop in to another Best Buy and probably buy one also

Stopped renting my cable modem from comcast and installed this unit that Best Buy team recommended. Great recommendation. Easy to install and it works.... no longer dropping singles like I used to with the comcast equipment

After months of frustration waiting for our DSL contract to term out. I picked up the Arris SURFboard 600 Series DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem and started my cable internet service. The modem connected right out of the box and I haven't seen the "Buffer Wheel" since.

It's a modem. Not much for it to do. With the upgraded Internet speeds I needed a high speed modem. This modem was on Time Warner's approved list. Only negative this thing really lights up. If you kept it in your bedroom it could be very distracting.

This isn't a bad modem. I've had it for about a week and haven't had any issues with it. It was easy to hook up and get activated with the cable company. Certainly is a better choice to go with this modem vs the one you would rent or get from the cable company.

Bought this after reading other's recommendations. The technician installed cable service for me, than we connected the cable modem and after waiting a several seconds for it to initialize, I was surfing the net at the bandwidth that I purchased.

I was sick and tired of paying a lease fee with Time Warner Cable so I looked into a a modem that I could own instead. All I had to do was contact TWC over the phone to set it up and I was up and running within 10 minutes. Faster speeds and smooth sailing.

Capable of speed up to 1000 mbps. Very easy to install.

Decided to buy not rent router. At first Comcast could not get it to hook up but trouble was not fault of router. Small easy to read. Seems to work fine so far, although I do have bad internet karma so we shall see

Purchased this model instead of paying to rent my cable company's devices. Have had no issues thus far in terms of connectivity or speed. Modem does tend to get a little overheated at times. May have to replace in future due to this issue.

Easy to install. Runs great and helped solve internet issues.
