Good product well worth it. I had no issue with the setup.

Excellent purchase price. Worked right out of the box just like it states. Cable company had it set up in minutes. Should save me a lot of money over the long run instead of renting.

This cable modem works well. I intended on buying the less expensive modem, but the BB rep admitted these were stocked over the wrong tag and discounted it to the price of the less expensive model.

I updated my Home Wi-Fi network and added this modem. I was using my supplied Cable modem and when I updated using the Arris DOCSIS 3.0 my speed test now shows an increase of 15mbps.

I had the previous arris modem that was 8x faster, then upgraded to this one which is 16x faster. Pretty good so far.

This modem is great for the price. Motorola has updated the firmware and I have had no problems with Time Warner internet. No dropouts, no manual resets, and no speed decays. As with any high speed modem, make sure you have relatively new RG11 or RG6 low loss cable from the modem to the cable provider connection.

This is a simple, no frills, cable only modem. Easy set up an initialization with my cable company (Comcast). Running the modem in conjunction with an Airport Extreme router. No issues and works great.

Replaced my Comcast modem and definitely getting better speeds with this compared to the provided one. I highly recommend this.

I bought this modem a month ago, work great, you can get internet services up to 600 Mbs without problem, I hope that I can use this modem for long time

I've only had this product for a month maybe 2. But this has lived up to my expectations. Even at the same internet speed I've always had from the Cable company I am able to download files much faster.

Worked awesome, even though I am returning let me try to save someone else some time. If Mediacom is telling you to buy this because your internet is down tell them you want to terminate the service. If att isn’t an option in your area look up a company called EarthLink they have fiber running through Springfield and att is subcontracted for their fiber installs. With no data caps. In short screw Mediacom and it’s predatory practices.

I've been using Motorola cable modems for years, and it has never given me any problem. This cable modem is TWC approved to get to up to 300mbps so that I can get the most out of my current internet plan

This modem is connected to a wireless router. The modem is very fast and does exactly what it is supposed to do. It will also allow expansion if I decide to upgrade to a higher speed in the future.

Great Product from Motorola, easy setup, and ensure to call your internet provider if this is allowed on their network. I called my internet provider and in 15 minutes it was streaming data...Oh Priceless!

Easy to set up , works great with my google nest router. No surprises, just needed for higher speed internet.

I purchased Motorola - Arris SURFboard 600 Series DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - White based on the recommendation that I received from the Time Warner cable technician. I had called in looking for ways to lower my bill and they advised me to purchase my own modem so I wouldn't have to pay rent every month. The set up was super easy I was able to do it all by myself and Time Warner was able to connect to it immediately. I was advised that they get the fewest calls regarding service with this one. I was able to walk in the store and find it immediately and the purchase was easy.

For those of you that have no experience in electronics, no worries. Never even had to call my internet provider, all done online. This is pretty much plug and play and easy to set up.

Improved wi Fi service at home. Works 10 times better now since we are all home using the internet.
