Quick and easy setup for wireless provider. Have had no issues at all. I've not had to reset it at all since I've had it. Would highly recommend

Bought this for a family member that's changing Internet service providers. The speeds are incredible and constant. Have bought two of these now and will buy again if someone else needs a cable modem.

Works as advertised. Lights are a bit bright but if that doesn't bother you, it does exactly what a modem needs to.

Works really well. Easy to setup. Other than calling the IP to give the MAC address it was basically plug and play.

This modem matched the speed I was supposed to generate from TWC. I have speeds of 350 megabytes with this. Unfortunately the model below would only get 175 though it stated it would get up to 300

Get this morning if you need one. I purchased this modem after moving into a large loft. It works great with my TV laptop and phones. Highly recommend

Does exactly what it is suppose to do. Works well with Cox, just make sure you call and coordinate with them if you are self-installing

got this so we can return an xfinity modem, so they like to hike up your bills, but unfortunately they have fastest internet available in our area..... so we switch out the modems not expecting it to be that great of an idea, but thankfully we were proven wrong! great modem, would recommend to others as well!

Stop paying the rental fee with your provider. I grabbed this with a Netgear AC 1750 router. I use it for streaming and gaming. And have no issues doing big at the same time. Definitely recommend

Recommended by Comcast surfboard for compatibility. Brought it to the Comcast store, where they scanned in the modem serial number. Hook up at home was easy and activation fron Comcast was a breeze.

Awesome price and awesome performance. I don't need the biggest and baddest but I don't want the bare minimum and this is perfect! Couldn't be happier with the price and performance!

This modem is the same as provided by our cable company (rent charge is $7 per month). I’m so happy to buy it once instead! It handles our streaming and gaming smoothly and swiftly.

This modem was recommended by the associate at Best Buy. Was neither the least or most expensive. No problems. Has done what it's supposed to do.

This is by far the best modem on the market. After upgrading from its little brother the sb6141 it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this modem to anyone that wants a reliable one.

My internet works soo much better now. Make sure you take the time to call isp and get it activated as it will work just plugging it in but be faulty if not registered

Although a month of use is no true test, this modem works seamlessly with Spectrum and we're saving $13/mo by not renting theirs.

I replaced my cable companies modem with this one a few weeks back, so far, so good. No random drops like I use to get and the speed tests come back faster than the old device. Good stuff in my opinion.

As suggested by a Best Buy salesperson, I purchased the Arris Surfboard Modem, Model #SB6183. I was told it would help with the stability of my internet download & upload speed vs. the Spectrum modem that I was using (which was free through Spectrum, and supposedly a cheap model). We have Ring cameras on our home, along with the eero Pro Wi-Fi System (which is awesome). I was told that this modem may help with the speed that we can view video alerts on our phone. To be honest, I don't really see a difference in what it does vs. the Spectrum modem. Maybe it's more stable, but it's hard to tell. Another reason I went with this specific modem is because of the reviews, as the newer models seem to have issues. So for a modem, I think it does just as it should. But I don't think it's helping with the download & upload speeds like the salesperson said.

Works well with Buckeye Broadband. It gets a little warm, but never hot.

I have had many modems of different cable companies around the world; this has been the most efficient modem I have had. Is a very good buy. Highly recommend it.
